Although selected privacy handle option - The product supplied is not suitable as a privacy door handle.1 - Incorrect spindle (standard one piece and not split 2-piece)2 - No privacy button itself or means to fit one to the existing handle body.The only part of the handle that is actually correct is the screw on concealed rose which does have the required hole for a privacy button. Quality of the materials is ok, as with many Excel handles but unfortunately the product is not fit for purpose as a push button privacy handle. Product returned.

Good value for money and well made. Quick supply. All fixtures and fittings included.Cannot fault these door handles.

Returned when I worked out that the fittings weren’t included.!

Purchased these with the intent of opening a door, although it was a quick deliver, once opened I realised that there was no spindle to operate the handle(very important), also there was no privacy button which was the main reason for purchase(important), therefore I have given it 1 star All round because you couldn't open a present with these let alone a door......

Great looking item but both door handles in separate boxes neither has a spindle included so useless and unable to fit, no way of contacting the buyer to request the spindles be supplied!!!

Handles came without the locking mechanism, and instructions don’t even show how this part works. The picture online shows the locking mechanism on the instructions, but the instructions that came don’t. Looks life I’ve been sent a mixed box from another model, but I am out with my 30 day return window. Very disappointing.
