Asurion Protection Plan, under not covered is written very poorly.
Asurion Protection Plan,I received email that this protection plan. under "not cover" policy it says: replaceable components not covered? if so why I purchase protection plan? I decided to cancel the protection plan including the purchased item.the protection plan policy is written insufficiant and very poorly and basically there is no protection planreference:What's not covered by my plan? Your plan does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage, cosmetic damage (unless it impedes functionality), and replaceable components (removable batteries, light bulbs, etc). The plan does not cover drops, spills or cracked screens. Please see the terms and conditions for a complete list of what is not covered

Waste of money for me
To fill out a claim you have to use a form on the Asurion website. Some bot reviews the words and - at least in my case - rejected my claim against the plan with zero chance to explain anything to anyone. I purchased a device from Amazon and got this warranty to go with it. The device failed within two weeks and the warranty was worthless. Even trying to engage the staff at this company resulted in 'chat' windows that were really narrow (maybe two hours in the day if I recall right). Following up with email resulted in no reply from these folks. A total waste of my time and money. I strongly recommend against them, but thankfully for me the manufacture of the device replaced the device without issue.In my mind ASURION is synonymous with garbage based on my interaction with them.

Promptly processed my claim
I user the Asurion warranty for a Panasonic microwave oven I purchased from Amazon. A little more than a year later, just after after the manufacturer warranty ran out, the microwave started having problems. The exterior top surface would get real hot if you microwaved 2 – 3 food plates. So hot, that I felt I would either burn my fingers or it would catch fire. I called Asurion, told them the problem. Initially, they said I would have to take it in for repair but 1 day later I got an email saying that they would refund me the purchase price. Will be getting their warranty on the next microwave I purchase.

Worthless plans
These plans are a complete waste of money. Their process for a claim is so convoluted that it's not worth it, so you really get no protection at all. I'll never waste my money on these things again.

Asurion does not tell you at the time of purchase that you are forced into "arbitration,", and you do not get a printed policy.

It's alright, I had a few issues with them....
I prefer Squaretrade, I've dealt with both companies and I had less issues with Squaretrade. Not going to get into it as it's been a while and they may have changed. 3 seems fair enough to me.

This warranty is good and no problems have I received. I have purchased this with every item I buy when it is available. Had to use and it was problem free.

Pricy Warranty Coverage
Thought is was still kind of expensive for additional 3 year coverage of Emeril air fryer 360
