This product works better than advertised. The amount of massage you receive from belt can be adjusted with the controls to provide the right relief from pain and/or discomfort. the belt is comfortable and very easy to put and and adjust. In addition, that fact that it is cordless to allow mobility is absolutely wonderful. And the price --- great. I guess the only negative thing I could add is there is not instructions of information about ordering an additional battery. However, the battery life during use is also great! You cannot go wrong with ordering this product.

I bought a product to heat the waist before, but I need to use it with a wall plug, which is very troublesome.So I bought it when I knew it could be used wireless. It's much better than my previous products.The heating range is for the abdomen and the whole back, I like high temp, it's very hot, but I like it.It automatically switches gears if it overheats. It's safe.It also has a pocket for ice packs, which can be used for cold compresses. I always use both heat and massage. and I love its mobile battery, which allows me to relieve back pain anytime, anywhere. My wife also use it during menstrual cramps, it can keeps her belly warm.It's an good product, it works well. I recommend this product.

What is the warranty on this product it has issue with battery and the light on the belt don't stay together can you get back with me on this issue thank you very much

I read the reviews long before getting this and probably wouldn't have spent the money on myself with out the push of a birthday gift card from my mom but now I can't go back to not having this heated brace.I have compression in my low back from car accidents over my lifetime. I am also a mother of four kids so my pelvic joint is all messed up causing even more low back pain. Sitting too long HURTS, standing too long HURTS... so basically my back HURTS all the time.Looking for a way to keep mobile, especially with the kids home ALL the time with schools being distance learning right now I started looking. I have rice packs and while those help I am stuck in one place or having to figure out how to tie them around me, and that way is heavy and awkward. I also have used hot water bottles in the past but have the same problem.Needing a better solution I found this heated belt. I love the heated back zone, it hits me exactly where I need it to. I could live with out the massage function. While it feels good, the two vibrating motors do not feel nice and leave me with sore spots if I have the belt on for too long. The abdomen heating zone hits me to the far right instead of being centered. I know this is because I'm a 38 hip and a 32 waist. I'm just smaller than the average person.I like that you can use the charging cord to plug into the belt if the battery dies and you're not ready for the heat to stop. I have endometriosis so this was amazing for heat blasting though the worst of the cramps, but the battery can't last for the 30 hours I used it those two days. The battery does last pretty long depending on how you are using it. For example, I took it with me on my last long drive and grocery shopping day. I put it on at 10 am and turned on the back zone to high (it will change heat settings on you with prolonged usage) and I used it almost exclusively that way until 1 when I turned on the massage for 10 mins where I went back to just back heat. It finally died at 5:30. I was able to charge it while visiting with my mother before heading back home which is an hour plus drive. I really like having this on long drives, it has really made a difference in my pain levels when I get back home.I also like it being on battery when chasing the kids around the house or helping them with their online schooling. I don't have to stop and unstrap or unplug to get up and help them, I can just get up and go.For me this would be a five star without the massage feature. Those massagers are just too bulky for boney me. I saw that this was a problem for others too. Perhaps if there was more padding around the massagers so that it wasn't pushing into the back as much that would help. Otherwise a great heat belt!

Just let me say "relief" to back pain. Love the extender for any larger family members. Love that can sit or lay down with this and not interfere with the heat. Quick charging, portable and a God send for pain. Good investment and cost effective. Was charged right out of the box. Wore it full 6 hours. Arrived with nice storage box and very pleased with purchase.

The charger was burnt after 2 charge of the battery. The product was good, if the charger doesn't burn. Smell plastic burning while charging it then realize the charger was burnt.

I have loved the heat and gentle massage of this to help ease my muscles surrounding my herniated discs. However the battery pack broke open when I was plugging in the cord and while I was able to push the connector port back into place inside the battery and close it back up again with tape, the connector port is no longer stable and I cannot find another battery for this and the seller says there are no additional batteries available. I also cannot buy another product because they are "unavailable" now.

I am too busy to sit around on a heating pad or massager, but that is what my back needed. This belt has it all. The vibration is good to diffuse the pain. The heat is a lifesaver when working in the barn on cold days. The battery lasts an extremely long time, which was a nice surprise.Wish I would have had this when my kids were in sports. Would be great for sitting in the bleachers.
