I actually ordered this one by mistake. It's a well made bag, but I thought I was ordering the next size up, so this one is a little small for my needs. If you're looking for a small bag for a basic First Aid kit, this is definitely a good choice! It's well made, nicely laid out & has adjustable internal dividers.

About the same size as a Navy unit 1
Former Corpsmen. Wanted a small trauma bag the could cover the Gitmo-8 wounds. Like the Navy unit 1s before the recent wars.It’s big enough to carry, tourniquet, bandages, tri and Sam splints etc.Too small for IV bags, intubation or any high speed toys.

This was much larger than expected. It will hold my medicines and small medical supplies for traveling.
