These are great, I set them up in my basement remodel and they work great with a drop ceiling panel. I am using the 4" 3k lights. I highly recommend a dimmer as they are much brighter than I expected and using push connectors instead of the wire nuts. I am set them up with a TP-Link kasa smart dimmer switch and that works perfect. My only wishes are that the lead between the light and the junction box was longer so that I could have fastened the junction box to a joist securely, that instead of wire nuts it uses push connectors due to different wire sizes being used, and that they should come with the grommet for the junction box.

I'm renovating a lake cottage and have replaced the ceiling in 4 rooms now with beadboard, stained or painted white. I have 6 of these in the kitchen 3 in the entry way 2 in the laundry room and 4 in the bedroom and am about to finish another bedroom, 2 closets, a hallway and bath and intend to use these in all ceilings. With the Zooz smart dimmer switches the lights can be controlled and dimmed through a range of brightness, and there is no flicker pairing these with Zooz dimmers. I tried another cheap dimmer switch and there was flicker. Lighting is pleasant at most brightness's. Very easy to install with a 4inch hole saw. wiring was easy.

well packaged and decent lumens without being too bright, a few of the connectors were not working but not the end of the world, overall very pleased
