Spice Islands Chili Powder, 2.4-Ounce (Pack of 3)

All my adult life I have used Spice Island Chili Powder for chili, spaghetti sauce, etc. and love it. About 8 years ago my market stopped carrying it and what I bought in its place just wasn't as good. I was so thrilled to find it on Amazon and bought 3 bottles. It made all the difference in the world!

My local grocer has stopped carrying Spice Island products. I tried a bunch of other chili powder brands but my husband didn't like them when I cooked with them. I make a chili that he loves. It uses 6 tablespoons of chili powder. If the powder is bitter or too hot or too mild, this is the one recipe where the wrong powder can ruin a dish. I was happy to find Spice Island at Amazon and will keep buying it.

A family favorite for many years. Spice Islands used high quality spices for their products...this is no exception.

I have used this Chili Powder for DECADES, and, because I occasionally can't find it in stores, I have used other brands. HUGE AWFUL difference!

This is NOT the Spice Islands Gourmet Blends product that is shown in the picture! It is the 'regular' non-Gourmet Blends version which appears on Amazon as a different item. The bottles aren't the same, the spice is not the same. I love the Gourmet Blends version, the one I received not so much.

When McCormick changed their Chili Powder my recipes just didn't test the same. I found Spice Island's Chili Powder and WOW what a difference! My recipes were even better.Thanks Spice Island!

If you appreciate intense, fresh chile powder flavor, this is a must have!

I read an online ranking that recommended this for making chilli and thought I'd give it a shot. The chili turned out great and everyone loved it. This will be my go to from now on.
