Is this Premix a complete diet after adding the meat?  Do the added vitamins in the mix eliminate the need for organ meat, dairy and eggs?

I am not sure about that and have been asking questions of my own to the makers of different pre-mixes (Gma Lucy's and Honest Kitchen).  I have been adding a freeze dried meat that also contains bone and organ meat, so do not have the same concerns you do, but am concerned they are getting enough calcium.  I would suggest contacting Gma Lucy's and find out the specifics about what supplements you should add depending on what meat you are using.  One company did suggest adding fish oil.

Do you mix this with water to rehydrate?

How do you determine how much meat to add? The instructions say equal amounts of pre-mix and meat. Meat is not measure in cups, but by weight. Thanks!

my best results with my dogs have been with this:  I buy meat in 2 lb chubs.  I mix 1 cup dry GL with water and let it reconstitute then mix in with the 2 lbs ground meat.
