Eschenbach Optik 1511-2 Mobilux Aspheric LED Illuminated Hand Held Magnifier, 3x Magnification, 12 Diopter, 60mm Lens Diameter

Due to macular degeneration I benefit from using a magnifier for small type or in dim light. The Eschenbach Mobilux LED is great because it fits comfortably in my hand, the optics are the best of any similar magnifier I've seen, and the LED is bright and the switch for the light is smooth and reliable. This cost more than some other magnifiers for those of us with visual issues but the quality of optics and construction put this on top for me. Shown are some of my aids including the 3.5 x Mobilux.

Easy to use, light weight to handle, the light on the device is very helpful, and includes detachable lenses to change the hue if you would like. An indispensable, high quality aid for the vision impaired!

No instructions for changing lense color. Advertised as not requiring batteries for operating but that is false.

As a jeweler loops aren’t always helpful to see small items. This is a great find and with a light! The ONLY issue was with receiving it. The FIRST one ordered seem to never ship. We contacted AMAZON via their automated system and it was lost. The item FINALLY arrived - it was worth the aggravation!

Being visually impaired in all of my life. I depend on a good magnifier. I’ve use this brand for many many years. And I’m super disappointed in the product I received it’s not half the strength that it was there’s no information very poorly handled on the sellers part, don’t recommend

This lighted magnifier, recommended by an eye doctor, really works. It makes the old hand magnifier seem like just a toy in comparison.

This is an excellent small hand magnifier. It does not fall apart like many small magnifiers seem to do. It seems to be drop[proof!

The shipping was really fast but poor packaging ,box was opened and items missing specifically the batteries ..it says it supposed to come with batteries but mine did not..I did email them about this haven't heard anything yet however now my husband has it i'm sure he will put it to use, like others said our low vision specialist recommended this as well for an everyday aide ..the light option is great and it does come with other color options as stated .

I use this magnifier for reading small print (e.g., footnotes), especially in low light. The image produced is very clear. For that alone I am very pleased with my purchase.I didn't set out to buy a magnifier for reading the main body of text on a page. (In that case I would probably want to consider other options.)

Bien enlever le film de protection (pas facile pour la première fois) et surtout bien mouiller la vitre ! Enlever les bulles avec une vieille carte bancaire et c’est tout ! Les dernières traces s’en vont après séchage complet ! Très bon rendu après évaporation de l’eau généralement sous 48hIl vaut mieux être 2 quand même…

Mal etwas Wasser in den Wein: nach relativ kurzer Gebrauchsdauer funktionierte die eingebaute Beleuchtung nicht mehr. Die Ursache war schnell klar: Es wurden die aller billigsten Zinkchlorid-Batterien mitgeliefert, wie man sie hierzulande seit den 70-ger Jahren nicht mehr im Laden finden.Auch unglaublich: Eschenbach hat inzwischen bestätigt, dass diese Batterien, wie sie auch in China nur noch für billiges Spielzeug verwendet werden, dem Produkt beigelegt wurden, und dass der Amazon-Händler die Lupe von Eschenbach erworben hat. Die Lupe ist kein Plagiat. Der Verdacht liegt nun nahe, dass sie "Made in China" ist.Was meiner Mutter Probleme bereitet: Die Gläser nicht nicht verspiegelt. Das schränkt die Tauglichkeit z.B. draussen sehr ein. Auch ein Zeichen für eine schlechte Qualität.
