I was traveling to a developing country and didn't want to bring my regular kit. After reading about 1000 reviews, I bought one of these: -- but carrying around a tiny camera, even with the attached strap, made me anxious. What if I dropped it? Or banged it against something? A thorough online search led me to this OP/TECH product, and I could not be happier. It's the perfect size for my compact camera, opens quickly and easily (no missed shots!) yet stays securely closed thanks to the magnetic flap.It's designed with an open pocket on the back so that you can loop it onto your belt, if you wear belts, which I don't. I suppose it would also fit onto a dog collar, but that's not a risk I'm ready to take. For now, I mostly just carry it -- I like the bright red color, both attractive and easy to spot.

This is well made and very slim and wears nicely with a belt loop. But it is small. I can't imagine why it is called large. I bought it thinking I could carry my Panasonic ZS20 camera. And though the camera fits, barely, in the pouch I cannot snap shut the top. Nor will it stretch to close. This will not fit a smartphone. It's not long enough for my Galaxy S4. I was able to fit my flip phone inside it and that was a snug fit. Nor will it fit my iPhone. So I'm looking for things I might be able to carry in it. The best thing I can think of so far are 3 batteries for my Canon SX50 camera. Or 6 batteries for my Sony RX100M2. I'm sure a smaller P&S camera than the ZS20 will fit in this case and it would be great for that.

It fits the camera like a glove and closes with a magnet. The back has a belt loop which is so tight it can be used as a horizontal battery pocket, especially if I sew one side shut (though I might not even bother).

I was having trouble finding a case for my Powershot SX620. One leather one I purchased was actually a smaller size than advertised and the camera did not fit. Wanted one with the magnetic closure and took a chance on this one. Needless to say, I'm not disappointed.

This is a perfect fit for the Sony RX100 series. Simple, light protection for slipping camera into a purse and very easy to remove. The magnet closure is silent for those who hate the sound of Velcro, but it isn’t extremely strong - don’t expect to turn the case upside down and have the closure hold. That’s fine for my purpose - love it.So why the low rating? The package was opened and the pouch seem to have been lightly used. It was dusty inside - just what I don’t want in a camera sleeve. I ordered this as a backup just in case I were to lose my original; that’s how much I like the model. I ordered my first one from B&H and it came in pristine condition. They were out of stock, but I’d stick with them for camera supplies if possible.

The camera fits into this pouch like a glove. It is well made and the magnetic enclosure works very well. I highly recommend this product.

Decent neoprene holder for your belt. Max 1 3/8" belt width.Holds my Nikon s9100 just perfect but no room for anything extra(eg extra battery).While the magnetic latch holds camera secure the neoprene holder doesn't provide a lot of protection. It basically holds the camera and keeps it handy.Would probably work fine for a 4.3" GPS too, it held my 5" slim but kind of flopped around since the holder is really made for something thicker.

The obvious advantage of a point-and-shoot camera is its size. This bulky pouch doesn't quite defeat -- but it does impair that purpose. Well made. But not IMOP a good design

Great value for money

This is an okay item. I use it to hold my TG Tracker action camera and so far it's doing its job well. Although, it doesn't fit on most of my belts (I dropped a star for that), and it is not made in USA but made in China (not that it matters). I was very impressed by the fact that Amazon actually delivered this single item to me on a Sunday.

I had been searching for a case for a Lumix TZ60 camera, when I came across this. It is exactly the right size and gives excellent protection and is easy to use. A superb product.
