Hardly a smudge
The do smudge with my highlighters, but if I let them dry, they are almost perfect. I love the fine point I can write tiny with them. Love these pens! My fav!

Best Pen Ever!
Absolutely love these Zebra Sarasa pens. I wanted something to replace my Sarasa Speedy pens since I can only get those on Aliexpress and they take forever to come in but these came in super fast and they’re the best. Super fast drying barely even a smudge. And the 0.4mm size is perfect. My handwriting looks better even…ok only slightly cause I don’t have random ink drags because the ink is flowing so much out of the pen.

Great for writing Kanji or Hanzi
The strokes are thin so it's very easy to write Kanji/Hanzi

Ink may not flow out for majority of the pack
Ink does not flow well in the 0.4 size but the 0.5 is great! It dries out quickly and most were not usable even though I took it apart to blow through the pen to force the ink out
