This is my favorite sriracha sauce! It has a great flavor and enough heat to add spice to everything.

One of the better tasting Sriracha sauces I have had. A smoky flavor and not too sweet or garlic tasting like others I have tried. If you are looking for a substitute Huy Fong Sriracha, as I am, this is not it. It is a completely different taste and texture.

Since Huy Fong got into their pis55ing match with their pepper supplier that led to the Great Sriracha Shortage Of The Pandemic their sauce has ..... changed. It's just not the same. Not bad, but ..... so we branched out and found this. It's a very good sauce. More flavorful than "Rooster", a little bit hotter than "Rooster", and a little bit more tart than .... yeah. We love this, but it's definitely more expensive than "Rooster". Wife loves it. I like it. I prefer even more heat.

Not a pleasant taste, too much vinegar and salt to my liking.

Great substitute for the upcoming huy fong drought, although to be honest I haven’t been a fan of huy fong since they lost their pepper supplier. The new stuff just doesn’t taste as good. This sriracha is definitely hotter with more of a vinegar bite to it. It’s great and would probably use it exclusively moving forward if it didn’t cost so much and the texture was less like ketchup. My search for the perfect sriracha continues, but this is up there with the Tabasco version as my favs so far behind the original red rooster.

Has serious heat, a good balance of spice, garlic and vinegar.
