Clubman Lustray Blue Spice After Shave Lotion, 14 fl oz

This is a double review for two of the products listed here: Blue Spice and Draggon Noir.First, the Noir. It’s a pleasant scent, definitely of the “evening” variety. As the name suggests, it is reminiscent in passing to Drakkar Noir. The smells are definitely distinct, however. Drakkar bites just a little bit more and wears for longer. But, Draggon is a pleasant, masculine night scent that smells simple but sophisticated. There’s definitely more of a barber shop element in Draggon, which I really like. It feels good on the face.Next, Blue Spice. This one I thought would borrow a lot from Aqua Velva, not one of my favorite scents. But, Blue Spice actually has a pleasant, old-school, masculine spicy smell to it. It would be a great fall and winter scent. Nice and warm, feels good on the face, and the scent is mild but lasting. Love this one.My shave routine is as follows: shea and sandalwood gel with a three head electric shaver, then a splash of cold water, Osage rub, then the aftershave of choice. Both of these scents pair well with Jeri’s Osage rub, which is a great way to finish a shave.

Surely , an aftershave / Cologne / Splash on is a subjective thing . Basically , if you like " barbershop " type products then you'd more than likely like this . Its scent is kinda like a softer Florida Water .. kinda :) . I find this scent to be most appealing and is fine as an aftershave also . Its pinkish in color but what the hell , its very nice .Its super reasonable in price too . Lustray / Clubman products are really great .

Opened package and it was leaking. About 1/3 had spilled out. The cap was barely on. One would think they could make sure it won't come open. The smell is ok, but not the one I was hoping for. I'm still looking for the true old barber shop tonic they splashed on your neck. I have no idea what it called. It's still used today in some barber shops.

If you grew up in the 1980’s in a small town with one barber shop, this fragrance will take you back there. Just need to find large glass container to fill up with that blue liquid and a dozen plastic combs.

Old man smell. Get this if you like classic smells.If you're into the new modern young smells, stay away

This was my first time trying Lustray spice after shave and I am glad I did. The scent has a note of cloves making it unique among other after shave products. It does not "burn" after using on a freshly shaved face. It's a masculine scent that lasts a long time. I highly recommend Lustray after shave.

Yes, the price point is low, and yes- it says it's Bay Rum. But..... don't be fooled. This is the 1940's toilet water that smells little like Bay Rum. It's a little floral, but definitely not what you're looking for. Avoid, and go for a better product.
