Great product

This book has great Recipes for GF sweet breads. I was looking for a book for regular sandwich type bread or rolls. My fault should’ve read into it deeper.

So far the breads have been good. A decent substitute if you can't have yeast or gluten.

Great book to have in your reference if you are going gluten free.

What can I say, it seems to have a lot of fancy recipes that may come in handy for the holidays, but I just really wanted some plain old recipes for regular bread, muffins, and such!

I love the recipes in this book. I was mainly looking for sandwich bread and not ddisappointed. Plan on getting a lot of use out of this book.

Lovely little book with loads of recipes.

would like to know about replacement option for xantham gum and maybe other types of replacement flour.but have already had a go at making the soda bread using rice milk and lemon and yogurt to replace buttermilk.and flax and chia seeds to replace gum

another one my wife uses she cant use yeast too bad I make great bread
