WARNING: My door spontaneously crashed into millions of pieces. Although the doors are made of tempered glass, I recommend getting some sort shatter film and applying it. Even if your doors are installed, it's not too late to apply the shatter film.I was on the toilet when my shower door crumbled, cutting me on my leg and arms. It could have been much worse. I looked it up and at least one person has been fatally injured in this way. I recently purchased my shower door, but now I'm thinking about just getting a one-sided glass panel or the old shower curtain

Everything about this shower door set was excellent. Super high quality manufacturing- everything fit perfectly. Once installed- the door opens and closes effortlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend having professional installation. The glass is extremely heavy and must be put up and taken down multiple times for fitment. Also- if you have to drill through tile to mount the door, it is very tough. Special bits are required. If you do decide to do it yourself- you should have at least one other person help.

Great shower door. It came exactly as advertised, in a wooden crate, delivered on time. The quality of the parts is great, all high quality stainless steel parts. The fit and finish is perfect, the door glides like butter. There are seals where the door meets the wall and a wider seal that slides back and forth to keep water out from between the panels. I am a plumber and I’m used to putting things like this together, you can get a sense of the quality by the feel and weight, and this product is the real deal. If you’re a serious DIY’er the install is very straight forward, nothing crazy about it. However, if you are worried at all I’d recommend getting help. I was able to do it with a little help moving the glass from my wife. One timing I will say, it helps to have a very square space, be it tile or whatever. I bought a 3/8” channel to make up a bow in the tile on the panel side and it worked perfectly.

This is a great product, I shopped and looked at a lot of other similar products. This slider was everything as advertised. It came shipped in a huge case that protected the glass very well. It was brought right up to my condo on the second floor, the delivery men uncrated it and carted it right into my bath. Can't beat that service, by the way it's very heavy. The glass and hardware are very high quality and we're very competitively priced. I need a extra part and Albert in there tech center took care of me immediately. I would highly recommend this product and Woodbridge Company.

UPDATE: after a year in use - this is still a great product. I have had zero issues with any part of it and it still works great. The hardware has held up very well. Still glides beautifully on the rails. No rust or any signs of corrosion or wear. Glass is glass I guess, but it's as it should be. I would buy again.It's a high quality door with nice hardware. At the price I was concerned that it might not be as high of quality as I wanted in my home, but it's surpassed what I expected. The install was a two person job that I did alone. If you're not tall and athletic, do not attempt to install alone. But it can be done. Just follow the instructions closely. The result is a great looking shower door that has a very nice quality feel and smooth motion. Keep in mind that the glass panels are heavy. The weight mounted on a nice roller set feels great in person. The hardware appears to be high quality and I've been really pleased with the door set so far. I would buy again.

Tricky to install but once finished looks great. Was having problems with the rod sagging until I realized that the fixture panel must be setup to carry the weight of the moving panel. In my case that meant having a good layer of silicone under the fixed door to support and cushion it from the curb tile. This silicone needs to cure before installing the moving panel.

The doors were great until one spontaneously shattered into a million little squares. The doors have been installed for less than nine months. I have been attempting to contact the manufacture, but their customer assistance line now only directs you to their corporate number and it is always busy. I have submitted and email to the company, but so far I would recommend staying away from items manufactured by this company.If I can ever get a response from the manufacture regarding the warranty on this, I will update this to allow others to know that there is at least some response from them.10/22/2020 - Update: I did get an initial response from the email that I had sent to their support after about a week. I then provided the requested information a week and a half ago, but have not gotten a follow up response. Thus far, customer service with Woodbridge has not been impressive.11/03/2020 - Update: I have followed up with Woodbridge two additional times via email and once via a call, but still no update from them. I am now four weeks from providing them the requested information and still without one shower door.11/12/2020 - I have now received a response regarding a replacement, so it does appear that the will cover their warranty. I have a tracking number for the replacement, once it shows up in good condition and in a timely manner, I will update this review one last time and update the overall rating. We do really like the doors and they do look great.

We got our Woodbridge shower door no problems. The glass was intact because it was so well packed. The whole thing is fantastic and wasn't too big of deals to install for being as heavy as the panels are (definitely a two person job). The instructions were a bit cryptic though. The first step was wrong, the directions stated the supporting rod should be the exact width of the shower opening. Truly the rod has to be the width of the shower opening minus the thickness of the brass supporting brackets that the sleeve on the rod slide over to hold the rod itself, door and fixed panel. Luckily the rod ends up being a little bit shorter so two cuts to it with a metal cutting chop saw did the job. We also had made a wooden practice rod to make sure everything fit before we committed too far. Overall though it's great and I'd totally get another one.
