This collar was shipped from China and it came in a tiny envelope, completely squished. I have had it sitting outside to get rid of the smell and hopefully get it to straighten out....2 weeks later still a mess. On a positive note, the engraving was right. I won't put it on my dog, in fact I ordered a completely different one and the quality is great!

I really like this collar the best of all the collars I’ve purchased in the past. The material it is made from is very soft and pliable on my little chi-weenie’s and big lab-mix’s necks. The black/white pattern is attractive and looks sharp on him, and the colorful daisy pattern is so cute on her. The engraved buckle is easy to read and can’t get lost like a hanging tag can. The hardware used is sturdy, shiny, and of great quality. Thumbs up!

I ordered this product on April 28th. It finally showed up on July 29th. 3 months for shipping! About 3 weeks ago I gave up that I would ever see my dog collars. I contacted the seller to let them know that I had never received the items. to this day I've never heard back from the seller. So I went ahead and order a customized dog collar from another seller, it showed up within three days. The collars that I did finally receive are incorrect. They put my male dogs name on the very female floral collar. I didn't make a mistake when entering in the customization info. Even if I had not already purchased a different collar I would not be impressed with these. They look homemade. Super cheap and flimsy. I have a feeling if my male dog wore this it would probably break when I put him on his leash, as he is a puller. Honestly guys I wouldn't waste your money or time. Don't buy this product. It's junk and will take you three months to receive it. Go purchase elsewhere. What a joke. I wish I could get a refund, but I know I'm just out $30. Not cool at all.

Received this item on JUN 24th, less than a week later and its torn in multiple locations. Save your money, this is a piece of junk, very disappointed!!

This collar was adorable, however I would not recommend it. The reasons why are as follows:- The fabric gets dirty very easily and even after being thrown in the washer will still look very dirty/dingy.- There is no padding on the inside of the collar and the decorative fabric that the collar is made of doesn't create very much friction, so the size adjuster slides way too easily on it. My dog was able to pull on it and the size adjuster would just slide all the way back to the buckle and then she'd lower her head and it'd just drop off. She didn't have to work on it very much either. She'd have it off in a matter of minutes as soon as I left her unattended.- The etching on the metal buckle is not very deep and doesn't have any dark coloring in it, so once it gets fingerprinted/dirty/scratched then it's basically disguised. If my dog got out and someone were a few feet away looking at them, they probably wouldn't even see that there was anything there and would just assume my dog doesn't have a tag. Even looking at it close up, it's hard to make out the lettering unless you take the collar off, wipe it, and hold it up to the light and even then most of it might already been too scratched to read since the lettering is only about as deep as an every day scratch would be.The picture attached was taken when I first took it out of the package, but it was ruined shortly after. I should have taken a picture of it before I finally decided to throw it out, but unfortunately I didn't. I wouldn't say it even lasted a week though.

Very poorly printed. It’s off center and looks like just brown ink. The collar is medium weight. It probably could be chewed through if the dog could get it in her mouth. I’m not really happy, but it was cheap, so I will keep it for a backup collar.

The actual name plate is VERY nice and heavy, but the actual collar has only one single stitch across the top and bottom and the material is very thin. I would have expected a thicker material for the heavy name plate. A large dog as mine requires that, but in all fairness for the price the name tag alone (which I just put on a thicker neck band) was worth it :)

Poor quality components that are actually assembled pretty well. Collar is very lightweight and narrower than I expected. The fabric is very soft and slick which we found to snag easily and gets runs in the fabric - not a good look. This is not for outdoors or for big dogs, it can't hang. The buckle seems like a decent quality piece of hardware, but, and this a big but which usually I like and I cannot lie, but this but is bad and I don't like it because the metal buckle MADE MY DOG'S HAIR FALL OUT! Seriously, a few weeks after she'd been wearing it I noticed some red, irritated skin on her throat. I took off her collar for a few days to let the area breathe a little, it improved so the collar went back on. Because the fabric of the collar is so lightweight compared to the weight of the buckle, the buckle always stays down low on neck, under her chin. We repeated several times, the cycle of irritated skin, remove collar, skin seems better, then return to wearing the collar, but the hair in the irritated area began thinning and the skin just stayed red all the time. We ditched the collar wearing altogether and after about six weeks, the skin is fine and the hair is almost completely grown back. I'll be taking this collar to the Household Hazerdous Waste disposal site in my county cause I think the metal must be lead plus recycled steel from Chernobyl. Trust me, spend a few more dollars to get a heavier duty collar with the ID sewn into it, those are better and safer than this potentially cancer causing import.

Great collar and we have had so many comments at how beautiful it is on Lily.........may buy more for friends dogs :-)
