Great product
Overall great product. Keeps hot drinks at a great temperature for three or four hours. Only thing I dislike is the drinking spout. Really difficult to drink out of the cup and I ended up unscrewing the top and using like a normal mug.

Seems like a nice mug
Seems like a nice mug, but not very rugged as mine was broken by being thrown over a 7ft gate by the Hermes delivery driver. Would have gotten 4 stars if it had not traumatised the dog, and 5 stars if it had actually survived the free "Hermes Delivery Product Testing"
