Quick look it appears very beautiful, but once u take a closer look you’ll notice many negative things. It has a weird orangey and sticky residue over the entire bag; there are broken pieces of the wood that if u were to use it, you can almost guarantee that it would snag and ruin your clothes; AND the description says it’s dimensions are 8” in diameter and 3” in depth. But I measured it and it’s 7 7/8” and 2 5/8”. I took photos of everything and you’ll see that I’m pointing to something to help you see what I am referring to. I hope this helps everyone. Cutting end of straws are all over the surface of the bag.It pokes me a lot.This bag will leave a lot of scratches on your dress.As soon as I received this bag, I printed the return label.

I returned this item because the strap/faux leather was extremely orange which made it look very cheap. Also the Rattan was way more red/orange than what the pictured and the lining was not the material they show (blue) it was a very ugly floral print. Over all it didn’t look like the photos.

a piece of rattan had come loose in the front, so I glued it , I didn't have time to return it, it was a gift, I was disappointed for nearly $40 and am concerned that with use more pieces will come loosevery rough feel on the outsideI also think it should have more lining so it opens wider, hard to get items in and out but the printed lining is prettyI think for handcrafted it should be of better quality rattan that doesn't easily break

Rattan Bag. I liked the style of the bag but the material on the inside was a disappointment. It was coming unglued from the rattan. I would like to return this bag for a refund at this time. Thank you for your attention to this message.

Extremely disappointed. Just received item and will be returning ASAP! Item came in plastic bag with nothing else (missing the headband). It has no business card or tag to say item was purchased from Novum Crafts. I didn’t have a problem with a bad odor from the bag like others mentioned. The bag itself looks beautiful from afar, but when you look closer you’ll notice the poor craftsmanship. There are glue on both sides of the cloth lining and it’s bunched up on one side. The thread is unraveling from the leather strap (Beautiful real leather). The worst thing is how prickly this bag is. It snags on your clothes. If you’re not careful, it pokes you when you grab the bag. It’s painful! There are these sharp orange stuff poking through the woven rattans (tried capturing it in the 4th and 5th picture). The bottom snap is attached with a fishing line, not a big deal, but just looks unfinished because it’s sticking on the inside.I know these bags are handmade and no two are alike, which is why I bought one, but just can’t understand how this one passed quality control. The bag does look beautiful and I love the bigger 9” size, but hesitant to do a replacement order and ending up with the same issue.

So I recently purchased the larger one and returned it because it was too big (wish I didn’t ). After I purchased the smaller one for my sisters birthday and Now I am so jealous .. the quality is amazing . I purchased one on amazon that was a bit more expensive and it was completely cheap . This one has a true leather strap and there is no BAD smell in both that I purchased . This one is truly the best one on amazon and even better than AMerii branch that is twice the price . I am definitely going to get another one or two !!! So worth the money

The quality of this bag is all over the place! I'm in love with the style, so I keep trying. I'm now on number 3 of the same bag, just trying to get one with flaws I can live with. Luckily Amazon offers easy returns. Some of the issues I've seen are sharp pieces sticking out of the purse body, broken rattan around the straps, varying strap length and quality, and an overall concave shape where the bag should be flat. Also it should be noted that the lining on each bag has been different, some less attractive than others. I gave three stars because of the style and it's larger size compared to other round wicker bags. Quality would be two stars.

Wear it all the time. Good quality for the price. Just as good if not better quality then other bags I have seen in the store. I get so many compliments on this bag! Highly recommend
