Great Customer Service! Ordered product based on size increments indicated. When received the product it was too big. I was contacted directly by the company and told not to return the product but to keep it and they would provide a replacement product at no cost. I was asked for measurements and provided a size chart and also provide an instruction guide to insure that I was adjusting product correctly. I received over four follow up emails to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the product. I could not have been happier with the follow up. The harness that didn't fit was provided to a shelter. I was getting frustrated looking for a good harness for my squirmy part Chihuahua, part wired Terrier. My friend had one for her Yorkie, so I thought I would try for my dog. It was the best decision and was very easy to put on and adjust to his body. He no longer chokes himself when we go on walks, as he tends to walk briskly and pull the leash. It is very sturdy and holds his tags, license and even a small night light for night walks, on the very top. I am very pleased that I purchased this harness and it has held up very well.

Bought 2 vests ( a small and a medium) to accommodate the very different builds of my (2 ), 29 lb dogs. When sizing for your dog, DO trust the measurement guide to ensure a good fit vs. guessing the proper size.Well made vests and appear to be very comfortable for my dogs to walk/ run with the vests on.Adjustments are easy to make ( standard webbing / buckle-system configuration).If these vests hold up over time ( which I expect they will), i will definitely be a repeat customer…Many thanks for a good product!

I have 2 medium sized dogs and an XL breed. These are absolutely perfect for my medium dogs. They fit well. The only thing I don’t like about it, is it’s pretty hard to adjust the straps. I ordered the XL size for our big dog….I was assuming the harness itself would be larger in size also. It’s not. It seems to be the same size as the medium sized harness with just longer straps. It doesn’t provide the support my XL dog needs on walks so did have to return hers and get a different one. Else wise I’m extremely happy with them, and I’d buy again for my smaller dogs.

EDIT- I originally gave it 2 stars. Only becauseim having problems adjusting it. Which is my problem. The harnesses are great and the dogs seem to like them. I'll figure it out sooner or later. Customer service offered me a exchange or maybe a refund, but that's Not who I am. I will keep them. Thank you very much though!Original- I've had them for a while now and they are nice. But They say easy adjustments. It's not for me. You think you got it but nope, it's worse.

I bought this to change out my dog's collar, and she's still iffy about it, but not so much than the collar! She's actually improved from the collar; with a little coaxing, I can get the harness on & clip it secure! Huge difference between collar/harness! Collar: more pulling, bad neck posture, rushed walk. Harness: less pulling, energetic, relaxed/natural posture! Great design for any potential biters & definitely great quality you can feel! Would recommend to any dogs that hate collars like mine, it's an improvement! However, it looks like it was designed for colder days than warmer, but give it a try, maybe yours will like it? She's transitioning from disliking walks -> liking.

The materials are very nice. The design looks sharp, and there is quite a bit of adjustment that can be made. However, those adjustments can be difficult. The straps are hard to move against one another, and definitely not easy to do while on an excited dog. So it'll take some time to get fit properly. The hook on the front does help to prevent pulling. However, the bottom panel is too longer when the dog's neck isn't pointing upward. As most dogs walk with their head sniffing the ground, this leaves too much slack in the front, which can make the piece across the chest loose and/or pull as the dog walks, which can be uncomfortable. For future iterations, I'd recommend the lower panel be shortened for a better standard-walking position fit.

I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the adjustments being difficult. Not sure there is a better wayto make the harness easier to fit.I have to say customer service was very good, the harness that was sent was a M and my Cinder is a XS. Although I did not have it for my trip to NC, I have to say I do love it for her. I don't have to worry about her choking and pulling on the leash and the little handle on the back makes it much easier to get her up and into her car seat.I will add a picture of it on Cinder later.

This is a great harness for our spaniel puppy. Have the chest attach point is very useful and it is comfortable for him to wear. Love the handle on the back too!

Product received in good condition. Problem is size might be a bit hard to adjust.

Tho the body harness can be right size to fit but not the top that hold his neck.

The PHOEPET No Pull Dog Harness works really well on our Japanese Spitz, it took some time to work out how to adjust the harness, to suit her, but once sized correctly, we have had no problems since when using it.
