Slendertone Abs3 Abdominal Muscle Toner - Core Abs Workout Belt

After recently having surgery and not being able to exercise I picked this up to help strengthen my core and I really like it. I didn't realize that I was fat enough to require a belt extender, however I apparently do and I ordered one from the company and they delivered it pretty quickly. My core is definitely stronger after using it. I use it on the maximum setting 99 and just lay there like George Jetson. I've noticed that due to the stickiness of the pads that some of the edge of the pads has come unglued, and when the ungooed pad touches your skin it does burn a little bit. I did order the gel that is recommended by some of the other users which is in the mail! I do place it lower to mid abdomen as I'm not certain of the depth of the current and would not want to create a cardiac arrhythmia.

This did not work at all for me, but it works fine on my husband. Does not contract my muscles whatsoever. It just vibrates, no matter where or how I place it. On my husband, you can clearly see his stomach flex.

Amazing. I will be buying another one. My husband and I share the belt but exchange our pads after each use. We wanted to be sure it worked before investing in two belts. I have to stay this product is well worth the money. We have both noticed muscle firmness and slimmer waist lines. Even though the belt does not cause weight loss or fat burning, just the firming of the muscles helps our posture and we appear thinner. I recommend this product to all my friends and family.

This is NOT a weight loss device. I repeat, NOT a weight loss device by itself. You won't lose 10 pounds just using the slendertone, you won't even lose 5. But what it will do is force you to have better posture by causing your core to contract. It is a bit bulky and will noticeably stick out from under a shirt. Unfortunately it forces you to do the right and left side of your core separately, and the stages it starts you off with are slow and take a few sessions to complete. It has reusable but semi-disposable pads to conduct the charge (jelly like substance), you can definitely use them for a month or two but then will need replacements (heavy daily use, longer for moderate use).Great for: Posture. Long car rides to prevent back pain (I'm no chiropractor but it works well for me). Causing everyday activities to be harder (not recommended for new users). Making your core feel better (not noticeable results unless you burn the fat all over the body by losing weight).Not great for: Losing weight by itself (I'm sure with diet and exercise it'll definitely help). Those with pacemakers (I don't have one, but I'm guessing sending electricity through your body would interfere with the life sustaining qualities of a pacemaker). Feeling the burn (literally when the electricity flows you'll feel a slight tingling at the lower levels to a near-burn level at the higher ones, but you won't feel like a workout champ at the end of a slendertone session).Overall it's great for many uses but not necessarily by itself as the end all be all for weight loss. I'd highly recommend it for anyone trying to improve their posture.

Its a really great product. It of course tightens and tones my core muscles.Pros : The best thing I like about it is that the battery do not drain out fast. I had a triceps mussel toner from a different company, but that one was rechargeable. There the battery life was really low. However, the battery life is much longer for this product.Cons : I can't fix the intensity. Every time I use it i need to reset all the settings. I can't memorize my previous intensity settings.

Product worked great for 8 months and I used it few times a week. After the pulse was not strong anymore, I changed the batteries and the gell pads but no difference

I have been using this for over a year now. Please be aware this will not help you lose weight. It does however tone your abs. I am 54 years old and slim and I can see the definition in my abs. I rocked a bikini all summer and received numerous compliments.
