Iocrest USB 2.0 10/100Mbps RJ45 LAN Adapter (SY-ADA24027)

Bought the Syba USB to RJ45 LAN Adapter (SY-ADA24027) and the ASUS external USB adapter (90-XB2UOKEX00010.)I searched around and found out that ASUS made an Ethernet RJ45/USB adapter too. Did some research and found out that Syba USB-to-Rj45 LAN Adapter has the same chipset as ASUS so took a gamble. It arrived shortly after I placed my order. Soon as it landed at my door I tested it with the ASUS external USB adapter.The Ethernet adapter was recognized immediately and came up with a DHCP address when connected directly into my home network router. I then took it on travel during a 3 week trip and tried it at 2 different hotels. Again no problems. It works flawlesslyI would recommend this product for anyone who has the ASUS Prime and needs a wired connection.

Soooo happy with this adapter. No downloading necessary. My Chromebook recognized it immediately.

I have returned the Dell, but this works great.I found the dell annoying , one micro usb port. So the Dell went back to Costco.
