Budget "Ikea" level couch good for light usage.
First of all I want to say that the description in the title of this item is incorrect. This is the 61" version of the couch, and not the "full" 78" version. I attached a photo of the instruction booklet dimensions. It's a 2 seat couch with a small flat storage compartment. Although this is a "Serta" branded couch, the customer service contact name is "Truecustomersupport" and the company that manufacturers it is named "True Innovations" (which makes some products under Serta). Just wanted to clarify that in case there is any confusion.Onto the review. This couch is best described as a "college student" couch due to the fact that it's quite lightweight and very easy to assemble (took me 30 mins). The fact that the entire couch comes in a convenient cardboard box and is put together with 4 long bolts says a lot. For someone who is 5'6" and around 150 lbs, it's more than sturdy enough for me to sit and lay down on. Keep in mind since this is a 2 seat couch, anyone 6ft and over will probably find it way too short to lay down across unless they don't mind curling their legs into a fetal position. I also believe the manufacturer suggests the couch can accommodate 450lbs maximum spread across the wood frame - but I could be wrong on that and you might want to double check. Keep in mind that most couches fail over the years due to the center support bending or buckling from people jumping onto it or standing on it.Seat covers and back rest covers are detachable from the cushions. This allows you to keep the couch relatively clean should you accidentally spill something on it or just want to keep things relatively hygienic. Arm rests and the rest of the couch have to be spot cleaned however.Couch has a gap of 4.25 inches off the ground so you can store some flat items underneath it if need be. Storage under the seat cushions has 2 hydraulic pistons that slowly lower the latch down so it doesn't slam onto your fingers. You can partially lift the seat cushions to access the storage area, however if you want full access you have to detach the seats. Internal storage area has a height clearance of 4 inches exactly - so really it's just meant to hold very flat items that you don't use on a daily basis.Although putting together the sofa was extremely easy and requires no tools - I want to say there is one tricky part that you should be weary of. When the instructions ask you to attach the arms to the frame - they technically mean you attach the frame to the arms. That just means the frame body slides into the arm slots and not the other way around. It will make sense once you start putting it together.I hope this review was helpful. If you have questions about the couch, let me know and I'll try to answer them. Keep in mind there is a PDF file in the Amazon description if you look hard enough that has more information.

Right for small size but seats keep sliding off and could have had better back cushions
Easy to assemble .. right for small spaces .. only issue and a big issue is that the seat keeps sliding forward making it difficult to sit for more than 30 mins without having to realign the seat even though there are velcro straps at bottom of the seats .The back cushions keeps getting squished together and have to be fluffed every day .Good storage space and well to move around .

Not worth it. Spring for a nicer couch!
This couch looked nice at first and I was really impressed with the easy assembly, but it’s terribly uncomfortable. I’ve only had it for three months and it’s looking worn (back cushions are misshaped), bottom cushions always slide out, etc. I’m already thinking about replacing this couch. Should have just spent the money on a nicer couch to begin with - that would have saved me money in the end!

The only positives are its size and the storage
I should have sent this back because the assembly holes were not drilled in the right places, but I needed something to sit on. This thing is exactly worth the low price you will pay for it, but I've had super cheap Ikea sofas that were much more comfortable than this one. The cushions do not keep their shape, and beware that the cushions are not reversible so you have to fluff them back into shape after every sit.

Pass on this one
Needed a small couch asap and landed on this. I wish I had waited for a better couch, the storage is convenient, but everything feels slumped forward. The cushions look terrible and smell like a factory. If you are looking for a couch, pass on this one. The Serta name used to mean something, but they seem to be slapping it on anything now.

Great Quality!
I was very skeptical on buying this sectional without seeing it in person, but I am beyond impressed. The couch is built very well, it’s sturdy, feels like a high quality fabric. This sectional was exactly what I was looking for in my small studio apartment. It has a great amount of storage under the cushions and the sectional part. It was extremely easy to assemble by myself, all I had to do was put the legs and cushions on and it was all set up! The couch is all pre assembled so the box it comes in is quite heavy, but the delivery men were amazing taking it up to my apartment! The couch is a little firm, but I think it’s very comfortable. The back cushions are softer than the seat cushions, but great quality and comfortable! The chaise is a good length where my legs don’t hang off the edge, and good width so I have room to stretch out. My only minor complaint is that the arm rests are a little short, but once you get the right pillows it works just fine! Keep in mind the sectional part is movable and does slide a little, but I like being able to switch which side I want it on. Highly recommend!

GREAT VALUE, EASY TO ASSEMBLE
Great value, took 30 min to assemble, hook the sides and back to the seat, secure with 4 thumbscrews insert the stuffing into the back cushions and foam cushions into seat covers and voila. The cushions are held in place w velcro strips. The cushions do slide abit but that's all I noticed so far.

Think twice
Arrived early, perfect color! Back cushions are not even holding their shape the batting is so flimsy, the seat cushions even after 48 hours are sloppy. One side arm was missing a gromet so it doesn't attach correctly. If my husband hadn't cut up the box before my daughter and I put them together they would be on their way back!
