This is without doubt the worst purchase we have ever made, worst service we have ever received and the product was shockingly awful.What we received would be best describe as c/d grade factory rejects. The arms of the the stools were poorly machined, with deep groves and uneven surface, razor sharp in places. The sleeves supplied were oversized and within days flaked the grey coating exposing a very unsightly white base.When we contacted the supplier requesting replacements, we were advised that any replacements would be of the same quality, so we asked for a return to be arranged and a refund. This is where the real fun and games started. All in all, it has taken 6 weeks when finally Amazon took the decision to refund us £269 paid for the 6 stools. The attitude of the seller was extraordinarily unhelpful and what they supplied to us was shocking. Terrible product, terrible customer service and a huge cause of inconvenience on the lead up to Christmas. Rarely do i write reviews, but on this occasion i have made an exception. Any Potential Buyer, based upon our experiences with this supplier, we would suggest you heed our warning or at the very least consider "Buyer Beware".

These bar stools were to use while i recovered our better ones.These are not strong, they tip over very quickly especially when children are climbing on. We had a few moments of children up set because they tip over as they were trying to climb on.They are not too bad once you've managed to sit squarely on. I liked the arm rests. The price reflects the quality. You get what you pay for.

easy to fit together, took half an hour for two. look very good, feel sturdy and well made. delivery was quicket than expected, very well packed. simple instructions, tool included for screws. very comfortable.

Lovely chairs. Easy to assemble and look good. Very good customer service from seller as needed a replacement as one chair didn’t have the holes in the seat in the correct place. But unfortunately seller didn’t have any single ones to send out so had to send 2 back, but as one was already assembled it was impossible to take the pisten apart, sent seller video and they told me to keep the chair as a spare and sent me 2 new ones. Brilliant

Unfortunately I couldn't get the chairs to adjust (I have other bar stools so know how they work). While trying to get the chair to work the handle broke off!

Pleased at first but 9 months later these have now rusted seller have £10 refund well spent £130 on them these are not worth the money now have to buy new stools as look dreadful DO NOT BUY

Lovely pair of chairs. Easy to assemble,I’ve done it myself. The reason for four star is that one of the char is slightly tilted to one side, it’s not very visible, but can be feeling it when sitting on.

These stools were for around our island in the kitchen worth the money fast delivery quite sturdy
