My daughter is a US History teacher. I bought these for her to give out to her students. They were beyond excited. Great find, and I'll be buying more for future classes. These pennies are a real piece of history.

...for what I need them for. I hand them out to kids at WWII events to educate them on why they are zinc covered steel and not copper. They absolutely love it and they now have a real WWII coin. This lot of pennies is perfect for that as they really are average, nothing in super collector form at all. LOL When this batch runs out I will be ordering more. Thank you

Fair but some cleaned to look better

Came in a hard-plastic tube -- only penny at very bottom got stuck, but was able to crack the tube to free it.. Pennies were EXACTLY as pictured, so I was able to use them all exactly as I had planned.

My son loved these as his bday gift.

For the price there were only 2 S mint marks, 3 D Mint Marks and the other 45 were 1943 plains.There should have been more D's and S's.
