Uncle Mike's Off-Duty and Concealment Kodra Nylon Cross Harness Horizontal Shoulder Holster (Size 5, Black)

This is my second Uncle Mike's cross draw the first one lasted for over 20 years.How can you go wrong like that.

Second one I have owned works good for shoulder carry could be more comfortable but for price it is great!

This is my first shoulder holster, so I was very excited since I live in a no license concealed carry state. I chose Uncle Mike's because they have a reputation for being one of the "go-to's" for law enforcement. I must say I was not disappointed. The straps, the materials... everything is very durable and it was easy to adjust. ( I had mine ready to go in about 20 mins, I have a couple more tweaks to go but I'll be ready to trim the excess shortly). In a nutshell, I have no complaints. This is an excellent buy.

The straps are so thin that they fold and overlap when adjusting .... the center hold bettween your shoulders is not fixed soo when adjusting one side the other side gits changed. Finaly the holster itself did not fit my med size 9mm. Also on further inspection in the picture where the 2 straps meet is sown , the one i got has a super thin flexible plastic conector that DOES not hold the straps from moving therefor making it imposible to adjust .. This is a terrible product i could have made a better one with duck tape this iSS the worst holster ever...

Purchased to carry S&W M&P Shield, primarily while I am deer hunting, since a belt holster tends to get in the way. When deer hunting, I usually have a good bit of walking, and climbing ladders, and some lifting, so I'm pretty active, physically.Holster fits firearm pretty well, but's just a little tight. There are four areas of adjustment on harness, and two areas of adjustment on the elastic belt loops.I originally adjusted the harness to my comfort, and the first time I wore it for a few hours, the straps on the right side started to slip, and I wound up carrying my firearm loosely at belt level inside my jacket. There are plastic 'slide buckles' for adjustment on the harness, and I was not able to prevent these from slipping out of adjustment while wearing when I was active.But, when properly adjusted, the harness was comfortable, and my firearm was accessible. And, the harness wasn't expensive.To solve the issue, I readjusted harness, and then stitched the ends of the straps down.My solution worked.Now I have a very secure and comfortable fit. The only drawback is, however, if I need to readjust it some time in the future, I'll have to remove the stitching, and then re-stitch, which will take about 10-15 minutes. No big deal.

I was looking for a shoulder holster so that I would be able to carry my gun someware other than my belt. I am a security Sgt. and I have had to ware a full duty belt for years. I like this holster for several reasons,1 - When I opened the box it took me maby 15 min. to adjust it to my liking.2 - The size and design of the holster allows me to carry many different types of full frame guns.3 - The opposite side of the gun harness has a strap that allows a mag pouch to be mounted to it.4 - The holster seems to be made of quality durraible material.5 - Finally the overall design of the holster is very similar to the Galco Jackass holster that sells for over $150.00.To me this is a very high quality item for a very reasonable price and I would certenly buy it again.

Doesn't fit most guns, came tangled. Straps almost broke trying to untangle it. Do not recommend
