Effective, but have to use it outside
Does help with chronic joint pain.Generates a lot of heat and smoke ( it's the first time, beside smokless one I used). So I don't have much to compare with. Smoke is strong, moxa sent is mild. Burns in 10 minutes, kind of fast.

Smells like the stuff my acupuncturist uses; which is what I was after. My partner hates the smell but it relaxes me. It's very strong. Make sure you have a good way to ventilate it out of the room is you need to.

Quality is good and dry
The sticks are very dry and easy to lit up. The smell show that the quality is good. After use, place the package in a dry area or sealed it in a zip-lock. However the stick burns up pretty fast. I use it sometimes as a mosquito repellent. It does work!!
