Now, I must mention that my three year old does need help to get this open but there is always someone available to help her. The portion compartments are perfect to hit all the food groups as I try to teach her that she needs to eat a bit of everything. Some of the other reviews mentioned leaks but I haven't had that issue. We will use this for years to come. It is very durable

I have one in purple we got to try for my daughters 4K year and we loved it so much we bought it in pink so we can have more than one! Perfect size compartments for her!

These are very nice containers, I think my kids will enjoy setting up healthy snacks each day this summer. I ordered two different “prints”. One was supposed to be rockets and one was supposed to be rainbow. Both containers are just solid colors. So, there was some mild disappointment from my 4 year old, but overall a good buy.

My son has used these for the last few years. We usually go through two in a school year as he is rough on things and one normally breaks. Other than that he’s never had a problem with them. We purchased them the this year for him and for my daughter who is going into kindergarten. Fortunately we tried the week before school started, but she can’t open it. We have tried, and tried, but there’s no way she can open it. Given that they only have a short period of time to eat, I can’t rely on the staff to be able to help her every day. So we need to find some thing else that she can open.

Great for my daughters daycare and easy to wash

I love these boxes, the compartment sizes are great. They aren't entirely leak-proof, but it's mainly inter-compartment leaks that we get. They are dishwasher safe, but they're also easy to clean by hand, just a few quick swipes with the bottle brush. Our problem with them is the lid...it is unreasonably difficult for me and my husband to unsnap the tabs, and impossible for my 5 year old. I almost didn't even use them for his lunches, but the teachers assured me there would be someone to help him open it every day. I label the lids (I bought three boxes) so the adult in question will know which tabs to open and which to just leave shut, and the lid can hinge on them. It would be 5 stars if a kid could open the "kid's bento box."

''J'ai quand même testé en plaçant un mouchoir dans une des sections et un peu de liquide dans une autre pour imiter une salade de fruit ou des framboises qui rendent du jus après un transport de boite à lunch pas toujours délicat fait par un enfant de 6 ans.Je voulais voir si le mouchoir allait rester sec.Résultat, comme le montre les photos, c'est un échec. Et je n'ai même pas eu à le secouer, je l'ai simplement incliné et le liquide s'est tout de suite déplacé d'une section à l'autre et à sortie de la boite.Donc impossible d'utiliser tel quel pour ma part, je vais donc devoir commander la boîte à lunch Bentgo.

Duable and easy to clean. Easy to store, too. A little bit of a pain to dry, but very good.

I just have the insert, may buy the insulation lunchbox after but I really like it. I have the unicorn cooler packs to go with it!

These have been a great time-saver. We can pre-pack multiple days of lunch (e.g., over the weekend). Then, we just pop the tray into the container every morning.The trays are sturdy and look good. We have so far been hand-washing them to keep them looking good for a bit longer.There are 2 minor annoyances. First, the latches are pretty tight. If you aren't careful, you can scratch yourself. Second, when washing, the grooves at the back will catch water and you need to make sure to shake it off after washes.

The product itself is good and sturdy. It's supposed to be for younger ones, but even I have difficulty opening the clear lid. I was hoping I could save the 15 dollars with this one, but that definitely wont be the case. I'll use this product without the lid as an insert for the other, more expensive, bentgo box which has an easier opening lid for a 4 year old. Other than that, I'll use the clear lid when pre packing and storing in fridge.
