Love
Omg I love love over love this canopy! It was soooooo easy to put together and the quality is bomb! I brought a canopy previous and paid almost 250 and lasted 2 months and quality was poor. I will recommend anyone to purchase this! Again I love this canopy

Very Nice!
I found the product to be of good quality and visually appealing. The efficiency more than met my expectations! both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Keeps the bugs out so we can enjoy our back yard. I put this thing up in about 30 minutes! It's only been mild winds...10 mph is the highest gust we've gotten, and it's held up without any issues.

Easy setup; excellent customer service
We originally purchased this gazebo tent as a temporary shelter for doing artwork outside. I set it up by myself, in a hurry, as surprise wind and rain rolled in, including the mosquito net walls and tie-downs. Setup was very intuitive, which was good because I did not have much time to reference the instructions. One of the panels was damaged in another windstorm several weeks later. When I contacted Quictent for a replacement, Pearl responded quickly. After a brief exchange, the company replaced the panel. This has been the fastest and most thoughtful customer service I believe I have ever received. While I can't recommend leaving it up as long as we have (winter is coming), this shelter has been up and serving us very well. It is, in our opinion, most valuable for the cost.

Not as we had hoped
Three years ago the Gypsy/Spongey moth cycle started. This meant within a couple of weeks our deck would be unusable for weeks due to a constant rain of caterpillar casings (poop, in lay terms). It gets even worse when it rains and it turns to slime. It’s just disgusting. Also, we imagined that a screened canopy would help with mosquitoes later in the summer. It took my husband an hour to set up by himself. Literally within minutes, the caterpillars found their way into the tent via the vent on the top. Then it seemed like every bug in creation found their way in, but couldn’t get out. This could have easily been prevented if the vent had Velcro’d the netting to the roof, which we will eventually do. However, we pulled back the netting as it’s basically useless. It does provide some protections from the barrage of poop, so we’ll keep it up.It seems we’ll just have to wait until the moth cycle is over.If you’re not trying to keep out invading hordes, you’ll probably be okay.

A survivor!
I never, ever review a product, but this one so impressed me, I have to give this company credit for manufacturing an exceptional gazebo. The price was right, assembly was easy (one person), and it garners compliments from everyone. I just wish it had magnetized closures instead of zipper, which are smooth and easy to operate, but a bit cumbersome to have to open and close when you're trying to get your coffee, Bible, notebook and phone out on the "screened porch" for morning devotions. What motivated me to review this product was this: We experienced a very severe, brief storm last evening that tested the mettle of this gazebo. High winds that drove a lot of debris and downed quite a few trees, pea-sized hail, lightning, thunder -- it was a doozy! The gazebo came through it with flying colors! It may have helped that it was bolted to the deck instead of weighted. But even a large stick driven against the screen didn't tear it. Highly recommended!

VERY poor quality! Plus no stakes, ropes or manual in the box.
UPDATE: Like other reviewers, I did receive pretty good customer service from the company. They sent the missing parts, and I received them within a week. However, the next week the tent roof started to weaken at a place across one of the beams. I had to put duct tape on the roof to stop the tear! Also, some of the hemmed seams on both the tent and on the screens started to unravel and some of the Velcro straps were so poorly fastened they just fell off. In contact with the company again, they agreed to give me a partial refund and to send me another top and set of screens…This is just a really poor quality product. The framing is not very sturdy. In comparison to a small pop-up canopy that I used for years which had a very sturdy steel frame, this Quictent model has a powder coated metal that bends easily. Recently, even though my tent was VERY securely fastened with the stakes and ties; gravel bags and cinder blocks, the entire thing blew over and into a mangled mess. I had to take it to the metal recycling place. This purchase was not only a waste of my time, but a complete loss of money, except for the $8 received for the scrap metal. If anyone needs a replacement top I can give you a good deal.Previous rating:No stakes, ropes or manual in the box. I’m working putting up the gazebo now and don’t have what I need. Serious bummer. I’m also concerned about the quality and construction of the canopy. Looks like it will easily tear at the stress points.I’ll consider updating my review if/when the company takes care of this.

Not sure in this purchase!
This will serve its purpose but most likely only for a short while. The design is good but the zippers are very poor quality; stitching tore out of one of them during set up.
