After about a week's worth of use, this cooker looks and does good. We use it on an induction range and this works.Pricing is higher than elsewhere on the internet (shipping and pricing included), but bought from Amazon because their return process is more reliable.Packaging is good, Amazon's packaging. Inside the package, the cooker just comes in it's original company box. My first thought - disappointing.Edit - 1/4:The cooker seems to be cooking for ever without resulting in any cooking. We discovered a notch in the lid that has a crack in it. Gaskets usually come in a separate packaging. Our's was inside the lid. That should've raised a flag that it was possibly returned. Returning it for a replacement.Edit - 1/25:Got a replacement. Still same issue with the cooker. It just will not hold the pressure and leaks from the slot right opposite the handle, on the lid. The gasket comes out of this slot, leaking pressure in the process. Looks like this will have to be returned. I'm going to try and get some customer service help first.Edit - 2/4:Called customer service because the cooker is still leaking pressure. 1st number was always busy. 2nd number worked. A lady picked it up and handed over to a service guy. He hung up on me and when I tried calling again, got a message that the phone has been switched off. With the cooker not working and unable to get any help, I will have to return this.Defintitely not worth the price or hassle.

Excellent product

I might would give it a five star, but no instructions how to use it. I’m saying “No instructions” by meaning ‘why doesn’t the weight on top release the extra pressure out more steady than to just ‘blowing/releasing the extra build up pressure all at once as though it went overboard and seems slightly scary?’ Can anyone answer that? I tried looking up instructions on internet but too much junk/nothing helpful would pop up. I push the ‘weight’ down on it all the way, as to be the right and normal thing to do. Can anyone answer?

Its good for atleast 4 people cooking.. not good for less than that

Recieved it in the box and put up for a Christmas gift. I gave it to my mother she opens it and.the handle is broken. Very displeased. I asked for a replacement part or product and was denied. I am.very angry.

rubber inside the cooker not that great... you can smell rubber when you cooked
