Almost perfect
I have an old 2002 Honda that has a decent sound system but boy, was I tired of shuffling 6 CD's in and out of that slot in the dash. I have tried all sorts of ways to get my consolodated music library to play in my car that has no aux jack. The cassette adapter thing was iffy and so were some early FM adapters I tried. I saw this one and thought I would try it out seeing the reviews. I know it is a challenge for any FM adapter where I live since there are 42 FM radio stations on the dial. By luck I found a website (radio-locator.com) that will tell you where the best empty slot will be for your device. Setup was super easy and I had it working in no time. I admit that I have not tried the bluetooth connection yet since I loaded my music onto an SD card and set it to shuffle the tunes since that's how I like it. I've driven all over town with no incidents of static except for one small spot in an industrial area fronting a Costco and a community college. Go figure! Anyways, the music comes on as soon as I start my engine so I rather have forgotten that I am using the FM adapter until that burly voice makes an announcement. He is one of the small minuses. Another minus would be that the flexible arm is actually not too flexible at all. My wish would be that it were a tad longer and bit more bendy since I have a standard transmission and I end up bumping the transmitter sometimes while shifting. Also it gets in the way of a couple of a/c control knobs on my dash. The last little minus is that the transmitter does not sit firmly in place. Being that the two spring loaded metal pieces that hold the thing in place while in the accessory slot are 180 degrees apart, there is a wobble. This I fixed by sticking a thin and tiny felt furniture pad at the 90 degrees location. I also stuck another tiny furniture pad on the "forward" button to advance songs without having to fumble too much while driving. As you can see, most of these minuses are strictly for my car's situation and not about how the transmitter works so I am not going to deduct any stars. None of that would make me quit using the transmitter since I think it works awesomely well!

Hands free, excellent sound, easy to use
This tuner works so well! I love being able to charge my phone while using it. I can hear phone calls clearly as well as music. I love blasting music so it's very important to have good sound. The display is beautiful and not too bright while night driving. I'm not great with technology, but this is simple to use. Connect to bluetooth, Set a station on radio that doesn't come in well, hit CH button and tune the dial to that station. Done. Calls just automatically connect while driving so u can be hands free. Call quality is excellent, never had anyone notice I wasn't holding my phone while talking to them.

Even without using the aux cable to your car speaker it sounds great
I had an fm transmitter long ago but it never seemed to work quite as well as an aux cable would. However I wanted this specific item since I could answer my phone and skip through songs playing on my phone. Using the fm transmitter it honestly sounds great. You have to turn the sound up the bass bit more and maybe increase the treble settings on the radio but otherwise once you do that it sounds very nice and almost 100% on par with an aux cable. This is a good way to reduce having cables and while its not a perfect replacement for a new radio with all the fancy stuff, it gets the job done well.

Its great for the price.
My car stereo is integrated into the climate control module, so it's $250 to buy the japanese mod, plus needing to creat a partial wiring harness, before purchasing a new stereo. The factoey stereo does not have 3.5mm plug, usb input, stereo input, or blue tooth. This product fits the bill for music and navigation. The audio is a little low and distorted for phone calls. I need to turn the volume up a third more to hear calls. The microphone is quite a distance from the drivers seat, and picks up all road noise. This makes it difficult for callers to hear you clearly. Overall, it is better than any other radio transmitters i have used in the past, but it really needs an external noise cancelling microphone that can be mounted closer to the driver.

Best Bluetooth FM transmitter I've ever used!
I would give six stars if I could! Neither of my cars has Bluetooth so I installed 2 different models and they both work great! They're easy to set up and the sound is crystal clear with the right FM station. Many audio input options that all work great. Including support for many audio formats via MicroSD or USB, Alexa Audio in, and connecting phones via Bluetooth.

Crap
Totally disappointed when playing USB music once I turn off my vehicle and turn it back on the album begins back from the start. For example I am playing 45 minute live concert and I reach 20 minutes in and I turn my car off at a gas station to fill up, after this and I turn back on to drive the damn song restarts back from zero although I had already listened to 20 minutes already. So you can go through an entire day and cant finish listening to one track POS device is this. I wish I could give it zero stars and it does this for normal 3 minute songs too. I hope mine is defective because this product is unfinished and unrefined. Did I say its a total waste of money.

Reduces cable wear and tear.
The unit connects easily to my older phone, when I turn off power at the end of the day I must resync my phone the next morning. But during the day syncing is automatic. There is a hum audible all the time, louder music covers it up but the quieter pieces it is disconcerting. You must attempt to balance the volume of the phone (up), the bluetooth (up) receiver and the volume of the radio (down) so as to not be distracted. Our area has so many radio stations I found it worked to connect to my radio with the audio cable. My msjor reason for wanting this unit was to reduce the damage to my older phone by plugging in and removing the cable. It serves that job quite well.
