As someone else mentioned, they could use ironing. I liked that they could be pulled apart, so I could use pieces of them rather than the entire garland if desired.

I hung it in the bathroom for a few days to help some of the wrinkles fall out, which may have helped a little. It fluffed up pretty well - about half the stems have a metal wire that you can use to shape the leaves. I used it on a buffet, so we are up close and I think it looks pretty darn good. There is no white powdery stuff like I saw in reviews of other similar products. I paired it with some lights from West Elm and christmas glittered fruit stems and I loved it. Worth money - just wish the seller would have used no plastic or the soft plastic bags that you can recycle with grocery bags.

Just as expected. Perfect to decorate your table. Loved it!

Squashed and wrinkled but still better than most as it looked more natural than most. We kept it.

It's okay but definitely not great. The leaves were all bent up. I had to iron them down to make it look half decent. Ended up just not using it at all. Kind of waste of money

Overall the product would look very nice if it hadn’t been flattened and crumpled up into little bags. It caused lots of folding and crumpling of the greenery which made it look really bad, honestly. I will be returning.
