45MinST4-Tier Vintage Industrial Style Bookcase/Metal and Wood Bookshelf Furniture for Collection, Gray Oak, 3/4/5 Tier (4-Tier)

I have a booth in an antique mall and I bought this to use there. Instead of trying to transport a full sized put-together-shelf I waited until I arrived at the store to put it together. I literally put it together by myself in the parking lot out of the back of my car in about 10 to 15 minutes. It was very easy and it is very solid and look really nice and has a good amount of shelf space. I would not have any hesitation about recommending this shelf.

My husband has been complaining about the pile-up of shoes by our front door for some time now. Awhile back, I did purchase a cabinet by our garage door which helps for shoes that are off-season or not worn as regularly. But in the end, laziness means most of the shoes being worn daily are by the front door. Unfortunately, the area by our front door is quite small. I really didn't want the clutter of a shoe rack & preferred a cabinet. But most cabinets are a bit too deep for that spot. I finally settled on these shelves. I wasn't thrilled by the price, but I didn't want something to look like we picked it up at Walmart while grabbing some groceries either.It came in a fairly large box because it was packed very well. The shelves were boxed separately and large styrofoam pieces could be found throughout the packaging to keep things from getting scratched. There was no visible damage on any of the pieces. My husband put it together in about 20-30 minutes and it was a simple assembly.While a large shelving unit is going to take some getting used to, we have had a huge cluttered pile of shoes throughout the living room as they get kicked by the kids and the cats. I suppose this looks much better than that mess. Tomorrow, Amazon will be delivering some silicone door bumpers to put on the metal to make sure the door doesn't begin to scratch this nice shelving unit.5 stars for organization & a less cluttered appearance!

I read a number of reviews on this where some described poor packaging or difficult to assemble. I experienced neither and am very happy with my purchase of the 5-tier bookshelf. The package arrived with zero damage and it was well packed in the box. No scratches or blemishes in any way.Assembly was easy with the provided tools. It does take about 45 minutes to assemble but the parts were all there (with a few extras) and the instructions are straightforward. I will say that alignment is tight, which helps add to the stability of the structure. I intentionally left screws a little loose until I had added each full shelf with all screws started. Then I tightened everything before moving on to the next shelf. With one particular shelf, I found I had to loosen the cross braces slightly to get the screws started. After the shelf was tightened, I retightened the cross braces. Zero issues and very solid structure.Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and feel it's a good value for the money. If I need a smaller unit, I'm definitely picking up the 4 or 3 shelf model.

Assembly was simple and we love it in our office. We use it as our library and it’s perfect!

*UPDATEAs an update to my original review, I emailed the company at the email address on the instructions, and they were able to make things right with the missing screw. I was able to assemble it today, which was not that hard. It is a heavy, and sturdy unit. Once together it looks nice and is well built. Overall it is a nice shelf, and works as I need it to.*ORIGINAL REVIEWI received my unit today, and it seems easy enough to put together, but it is missing a screw. Most of the screws/tools were sealed in bags, but all of the type of screws in question were just loose in the box, so it could have fallen out for all I know. I have emailed the company, and will update this review if they can set this straight.

I was a little worried about assembling this product due to it’s size and not having a lot of room to put it together. But it came together perfectly!The instructions were clear, there were no “trick pieces”. Each shelf is the same size, so I didn’t have to worry about putting the wrong one on the bottom or top. All of the tools to put it together came with the product!The only issue I came across with building is that it’s very heavy, so it was a little difficult to assemble alone, but it’s absolutely do-able. In fact, the heaviness is a bonus because I don’t have to worry about accidentally knocking it over.This piece is very large and very sturdy—it’s perfect for storing and displaying anything you need!

The media could not be loaded. My grandson loves these shelves! It only took 45 minutes to assemble! Easy to assemble and the instructions were clear!! We are super impressed!!!
