You can not hear the time as it has too low audio volume. I tried to listen the time by keeping the wrist near my ears when I was at a busy road.

The product is of average quality. This product was a craze for children in the 90s and I had bought one for myself then for the talking clock, cuckoo and rooster (cock) sound.Bought this one for my 8 year old daughter and she was initially excited too. However the sound is very feeble (this is the major feature / USP of this watch). Hence rating 3 stars. For around 300 bucks, it's an "OK" digital watch.
