 I have my WiFi modem setup downstairs in the hall. I was not getting any WiFi in bedrooms located upstairs. I was looking for some WiFi range extender and this product came in handy and very easy to setup. It comes with clear instructions manual and a Ethernet cable ( can be used to configure this repeater as WiFi adapter ). It works great and I am happy with my purchase.

We recently moved into a larger home. I ordered internet for the family and when installing the modem in my office it wasnt working. I called technical support and they walked me through some steps and we later found out that the coaxial cable in my office was the problem so I had to relocate the modem to a different area of the house which was near my kitchen. I installed it there and it works and we all had access to internet and the wifi. But then was realizing that everytime I was using the wifi in my bedroom it wouldn't be as fast and the signal bars were low. But if I came out towards the living room and closer to the kitchen the wifi signal became more reliable, quicker and more signal bars. So I ordered the wifi repeater, followed the steps in setting it up. There are a couple methods on setting it up. Keep in mind you have to plug it into an electrical wall outlet and the top part of the repeater is somewhat big so you might lose access to the top insert of your wall outlet. You can set it up and have it directly connected to your modem and leave it there or set it up and move it to a different area of the house (ideal is somewhere in the middle of the house). You can also plug in an ethernet cable from it to whatever device you have that has an ethernet insert. Just make sure you follow the steps on the instructions they provide and you should be fine. For me, I needed access to a desktop computer to finish setting it up. The instructions say you can use your phone to complete some of the set up but it wasnt working for me on my phone. Anyways, this is set up now in my house and I have a larger range of wifi throughout my house. Keep in mind, I did a speed test with an app on my phone and it does not increase the speed of your wifi or anything, just the range.

My Wifi modem from my cable provider is up at the very front of our home. When walking half way down our hallway we drop our signal significantlyand by the time you walk to the end you have no signal. The extender fixed that with ease.

I bought this because my router was upstairs and was getting poor signal to my downstairs desktop. I was only getting about 1-5Mbps as shown in the pictures attached. When I synced up to the extender, it boosted to over 20Mbps, and when I used ethernet to connect to the extender, I started getting 50-60Mbps easily. These tests were all ran within minutes of each other, so it's definitely the extender.One side note, if you have trouble seeing the Wifi-Repeater signal to configure like I did, make sure that your extender is plugged in close to your router and hold the reset button on the side for over 10 seconds. This "rebooted" the extender and set up was easy from there.

My smart TV's WiFi stopped working and it's on the other side of the house away from the router. Instead of laying long LAN cable wire across the house, I bought this as an alternate. It did not disappoint.I use it to repeat the WiFi signal and made it as my wireless adapter for my TV. Not only did the apps on my smart TV started working again, it strengthen the WiFi signal for my other devices.The installation (being a techy) didn't took me a while. But, even non-techy person can follow the simple 1-page instruction that came with the box. I had it working in 10-minutes tops.For the discounted price with a high-end quality product, I am definitely satisfied with this WiFi range extender.

I haven't tried other wifi range extenders so I don't have much to compare to, but overall this product serves the purpose I needed. I would get a very weak signal outside, and once I set this up, closer to the windows, the signal is waay better!Pros:- super easy to set up (just follow the instructions)- contains an extra Ethernet cable, even though I don't need to use itCons:- a little on the big side as something to plug in. For a regular dual outlet, I wasn't able to fit anything else in the other slot since this blocked the other slot. This is very minor and doesn't impact the product, but wanted to mention this for completeness.

I purchased this wifi repeater because I live in a two story home and supplying wifi to my whole home is somewhat difficult, even aggravating. I received this item on Friday , hooked it up to my system ( a little work, but we'll worth it) I used my wireless PC to connect to the repeater, then moved it to a bedroom upstairs. The last 5 days I've had no problem connecting to the internet and streaming prime TV and music in my upstairs. Not just in the one bedroom but in all the upstairs rooms. I like that I have the ability to hard wire into it if needed. I have and older(1980's) PC upstairs. I can now bring it back online!

This WiFi extender/repeater does exactly what I needed it to and that is to extend my WiFi signal into the next room with full bars. It is only 2.5G and not 5g up to 300 mbps and that is perfectly fine considering I only get 200 mbps and I am only using my phone or iPad. Before installing this extender, I had two bars on my phone and after installation it jumped up to four bars. It is easy to set up and works well with a laptop computer and my iPad. It took all of 5 to 10 minutes to set up. This also helped the reception of my Ring doorbell. Just read the instructions and away you go. It comes with the instructions, the WiFi extender and a short Ethernet cable to give you additional installation options. This is a great extender/repeater for an apartment or condo.
