I follow a pretty strict keto diet but struggle to get my keytones over about .6 I test them with a keto mojo. So i decided to try bhb salts I was taking another very popular brand from amazon for about a month my numbers would only go up maybe a few points. And I would get really hungry about an hour after them and not feel that great I wondered what the big hype was about adding bhb. Well I came across these and decided to give them a try WOW!!! I love the flavor it's natural lime salt flavor rather than sweet added so called good for you sweetness. And my keytones are 1.3 today. I'm starting to feel a really good clean energy also and I do not get hungry after taking in fact it helps with appetite like they claim to do.

Very happy with these drops. I’ve currently been following the ketogenic diet for a few months now and after take this, it gave me that extra push to keep going and do better. After a week of taking the product as directed and following the current diet I am on, I lost 5lbs! I was typically only losing 1-1.5lbs a week. I’m excited to see if this amount of weight keeps up for me. I’ll be at goal quicker than expected then!

I have been interested in trying a keto supplement for a while now. When the opportunity arose to test the product, I jumped at the chance. I have been using it religiously every day for the past 2 weeks, and have already been able to see and feel the results. I like the fact this is liquid rather than a capsule. I can place it directly under my tongue and start absorbing the drops right away. This has helped to suppress my appetite as well helped me to shed some water weight. I have not changed anything about my diet and daily routine aside from the addition of the drops, and have lost 6 pounds! I noticed my energy levels increase within the first 24 hours. My lethargy is much more manageable. I will be happily continuing with this product!

Starting off, the good: I will say that I oddly liked the flavor! I read a lot of reviews of people that didn't, but it almost reminds me of a savory margarita.The not so good: This product caused me to have blood in my urine. Within a week of starting to take it, I started to notice the blood. I saw my doctor, and she advised that I stop taking it and once the bleeding stopped, to wait two weeks a try again. Within 2-3 days of stopping, there wasn't any more blood in my urine. Fast forward to two weeks later, I started again with just 1/2 doses, and sure enough... blood in my urine again. My doctor advised against taking it any longer (and I wasn't comfortable with it either). She said it was having a negative effect on my kidneys. Unfortunately I cannot return the product because I didnt start using it for almost a month after I bought it, and after my trial and error, it was past the return window.

I am not entirely sure what the purpose of these drops are. I don't know if they are to assist the body in getting into Ketosis? Or make the body think it's in Ketosis when it's not? Or supplement the body with nutrients it can't normally get on a Keto diet? Who knows. Also, let's face it... liquid herbs never taste good. But the strong lemon/lime flavor is TOO strong. I would prefer no flavoring over something that sour. But, all that said, when on a Keto diet, to have a supplement that is available in liquid form, that is organic and non-GMO and made in small batches, the ease of taking this high-quality product is apparent... I just wish I knew what it's supposed to do! :)

Keto people need these!I’m on my second bottle of these keto drops. I’m 67 yes old and it really helps with the keto diet. I’m not as hungry and especially in the beginningIt helped me from snacking so much. I like that it didn’t make me feel different otherwise.

Mary Ruth's Vegan Liquid Keto goBHB Drops are a great addition to following the keto diet. I've been taking other bhb supplements for a while in addition to the diet and am glad to find a liquid form since we know that capsules don't always dissolve and absorb as well as liquid. It is also organic and vegan so that's definitely a plus. If I could change one thing it would be the flavor! It is not good. The directions suggest taking a half dropper full by mouth. I did this twice and couldn't grab my water fast enough to get that taste out of my mouth. It is definitely a limey taste but super concentrated and super salty tasting. Now I take it by mixing it with a glass full of water and the taste is not too bad. I almost don't taste it at all. For what you get though, a nice quality liquid organic bhb supplement, I definitely recommend giving this a try!

These keto drops are attractively packaged and have a number of super cool qualities about them. I like that the product is organic and non-GMO. I even like that the product is vegan, although that isn’t really the focus for most people on keto, so to some extent labeling this vegan seems like a bid to be trendy more than anything else. But I personally still like that the product is vegan. The only complaint I really have is about the flavor. It is godawful! I was expecting something pleasant with lemon lime, but the flavor is 1) very strong, and 2) like you took a bunch of lemons and limes and rubbed them in fresh dirt. It’s not unpalatable, but I certainly don’t find it pleasant. Overall though, I would still recommend this product.
