Great Desk, but...
This desk is solid, maybe a bit too solid as the packaging could barely contain the desk in its disassembled state. The cable trays were damaged in shipping, but it seems that they broke so that the desk in all of its solidness could live. It wasn't a huge issue as they still mounted to the desk's back and are currently holding cables as intended. The fasteners are the standard cam bolt fastening system paired with some long screws for the feet (plastic covered steel) and two wooden dowel things on the top. I would recommend a friend assisting during the assembly portion, but one can get everything together by their lonesome as long as they don't mind the slight possibility of back injury. Once everything is seated and secured you will be treated to a very, very sturdy desk. The top of the desk is thick enough not to worry about much of anything taking it out. Everything I have seems to sit level on it and there's no noticeable bowing to it. There isn't any side-to-side movement, and I know the back of the desk is solid enough to drill out a 2 3/8" hole for some extra cable routing goodness without much issue.Overall, the best desk I've owned, but the damage to the cable trays makes it impossible to give it 5 stars. I lucked out as all of the damage was on those trays, but I could imaging that had the package been kicked and/or slammed in different directions I would be complaining about nicks and dents in the support structure/top of the desk.

Great desk at a decent price, contact manufacturer if damaged!
When the desk arrived, the tabletop had taken two impacts, on the front edge where one sits facing the desk, the second on the top right corner where laminate had chipped off, exposing the material the tabletop is composed of.I contacted Bush Furniture from the number listed in the assembly manual and my was issue resolved quickly with a new tabletop being sent. They did not require returning the current tabletop. Fantastic! I could build the desk and begin using it, then swap the tabletop for the new, undamaged one when it arrives. The new tabletop arrived in perfect condition. I left the damaged tabletop outside my mailbox for somebody to take away. Took two days! It's been two months using the desk. I'm satisfied and love the grommets and runway/raceway for cables and wires organization. The raceway provides two optional mounting points, allowing a choice between mounting close to the tabletop or further down. I mounted the raceway closer to the tabletop and used double-sided tape to attach my massive surge protector underneath the tabletop right above the mid-point of the raceway. This way, only one wire has to go in and out of the desk (excluding my Ethernet cable). My mid-tower gaming PC sits on top, with a 27" monitor and the extra room to the right of the table lets me work on other tasks, such as routine dust maintenance on my laptop (okay, that was just like one time) or college assignments. Nobody in their right mind will sit off center like me though, but if you're thinking about getting the 60" desk, you can use a bit of your imagination to figure out how much space you need! I definitely didn't need a 72" desk, but it's nice. The biggest hassle with building the desk was the screws are of poor quality and can strip easily. Another downside is touching the table anywhere leaves smudges from the hands. Noticeable in bright light, or if placed nearby a window that gets a lot of sunlight or natural light coming through it.

Fantastic Desk for a PC Gamer
This desk is exactly what I was hoping for. I'm a PC gamer and wanted a desk that could easily fit my tower and two monitors with plenty of room to spare. I wanted something simple (no shelves or drawers) with plenty of leg room and of a high quality that will last a long time, and this is it. I could even see myself sitting side by side with my son at this desk with two chairs (one monitor each) and we could fit.Unlike a few people, I did not have any cosmetic damage during shipping. However, exactly like everyone else one of the plastic trays for cord management was badly damaged and I will need a replacement (if I even use it). These are cheap pieces of plastic so it's not surprising. It weighed 105 lbs when shipped, so while this is particle board it's a heavier piece of it, particularly the top of the desk. Assembly took about 1.5 hours at a leisurely pace and I needed help with the last step (otherwise I would have killed my back).I highly recommend this for the price - you can't beat it.

Well worth the money!
I bought this desk for a gaming setup as you can tell from the pictures and I was surprised how simple it was to put together. It's very stable and it arrived 3 days before the expected arrival date. I don't have many complaints but if I were to complain about something it would be that the wood is lighter than it is in the picture but it still looks great. Tons of leg room as well.

After 7 Years, This Deserves A Review
You know what you want? A big ol' desk. Not just any desk though, a titan among desks. A desk that you could use to fight off a T-Rex, or share tea with a frost giant. That's this desk.In seven years, it's gotten a little beaten up as I've moved from place to place -- that's natural wear and tear. But the crazy part is that I could see it lasting another 5 or more as my daily go-to for computer use, writing, etc. This has evolved from a bachelor desk to a desk shared by my S.O. (admittedly my clutter takes up a little more than half). It's survived pizzas, cleaning agents, three stressed 20 year olds carrying it up uncountable flights of apartment stairs, and enough wires to create a geomagnetic capable of inverting the Earth's magnetic field.Am I satisfied? You know am I.Would I buy it again? In the event that I need a second desk, for an additional decade, I will most certainly be buying this madlad again.
