Huey Fong Chili Garlic Sauce 18 Oz

I cook a lot of Thai/Asian foods, and find this an absolute must in my dishes. It became really hard to find locally in grocery stores, but luckily I found it here. This sauce has just the right amount of heat and adds complexity to my dishes. whether it is Stir fry or Homemade Ramen. Use a little or a lot depending on your own preferred level of spiciness. Experiment too. I found I sometimes even want it on scrambled eggs. I have mixed it with canned Tuna for Hors d’oeuvres with Crackers, made dipping sauce, Etc. Get creative with it, the world is your Oyster...which BTW it is also yummy on!I have tried others that seem similar, but nothing else compares to this green-lidded magic sauce.This sauce comes is a generous sized jar at 18 oz. and has such an authentic flavor that really brings the heat, I know it won't take long until I am back for more. I had heard the taste was different, post COVID, but I'm still enjoying the same great taste I remember when I first starting using this product. LOVE IT!

This is truly the best one out there in my book. Price was nice too, and it was shipped well and fast. I Will definitely buy again!!

Have been using this product for some years now. When you receive it, be sure to check that the inside seal is tight or it will go bad on you. This has happened to me. Other than that, I go through several containers a year. Love it on chicken pot pies, or add a spoonful or two to spaghetti sauce. Almost any stew is brightened in flavor.I like this version better than th Huy Fong sambal, though in a pinch either will do.

I was a bit leery after reading a few reviews that the seal was broken before they opened it, but that was not an issue on this shipment, the seal was actually difficult to remove. But, I've used this on ramen noodles, eggs, chili, pizza, spaghetti and other things I shouldn't mention. The flavor is heavy on garlic, salt, and about the same heat level as Huy Fong sriracha. A little goes a long way.

This is my favorite hot sauce ever.I would give it five stars, but the bottle exploded in the box when we got it, so clean up was a bit of a hassle, but most of it was salvageable.

Been using this exact brand/flavor for over 15yrs. I was worried after the pandemic that it would change like Sriracha did (same company) but not true. Same chicken kick'n flavor and versatile as all get out! Do yourself a favor.

I don’t now what happened but the seal broke in two layers and it was black inside of it. It tasted fine but it was damaged
