Got a second robot vacuum for downstairs. First was a Yeddi, which works great but not expensive. This was an easy setup up and ready to clean in five minutes. The app is simple and similar to my Yeddi so far easy and it seems to clean just as good. Only con is I have 2 large dogs and cat done bin does fill up quickly but so does my other, bins on robot vacuums are small and will work but have to be diligent in emptying. One thing I am not seeing but maybe missing is Yeddi maps out entire floor and can schedule individual rooms and cleaning time.

The media could not be loaded.  I want to say that this product is amazing, and the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it only runs on a 2.4ghz signal. I had to buy a dual band router for It to synchronize with the app and Alexa. Even without it hooked up to the internet it’s still a solid product and the price is not bad. I did some research and pretty much all the complaints people are having are the same with a Roomba. In fact you have to buy a separate robot for it to mop. The pure clean does both. It works great with Alexa, you have to name to vacuum in the vacuum app and after you synchronized the app and Alexa all you say is Ale a turn on (the name of the robot) and she turns it on. You do the same for when you want to shut it off and it goes back to the charging station. I do have to say that when you have it go back and charge that it takes awhile for it to find its way back to the charger. My wife just gets sick watching it trying to get back that she just picks it up and places it in front of the charger. Other then that I definitely recommend it. I would take some of those one stare reviews with a grain of salt. Not many people are good with technology and just think things like these are supposed to work right out of the box.

Not impressed. I had a Neato D80 and when it broke I bought this. For being a smart vacuum it’s pretty dumb. It has yet to clean my entire floors without it getting stuck or getting lost when it tries to go back to charge.Cons:1. When it gets stuck or a brush is stuck it won’t resume once you clear it. It will start cleaning the whole house again from that point instead of resuming its cleaning from that spot.2. It has an extremely difficult time going from wood floor to a rug.3. I have yet to have it clean my house without it getting stuck somewhere. Usually under the couch.4. Edges don’t get cleaned very well while it’s in automatic mode. You’ll have to run a separate mode to get edges.5. It bumps into almost everything. I feel damage to wall trim will occur.6. Dog hair from my golden retriever gets caught in the side brush motor connection and the rear wheel.7. Small dirt bin.8. The mapping on your phone looks nothing like the picture above. (See picture)9. Voice prompts are a bit annoying and no way to turn them off. It will tell you the brush is stuck or something to that nature.10. When it gets stuck it will shut down and the app won’t connect to it until you find it and turn the vacuum back on.11. Instruction could use more detail.12. Works with magnetic boundary strips but they are not included.13. When it docks to charge the side bushes hit the charging station.14. Battery only last about 20-30 min on “medium” suction power.15. It takes forever for it to return to its base unit to charge. It just bumps into everything and wanders around until it finds it. It seems like it tries to do a straight line back to the charger but that means it goes under my couch and bounces around underneath it until the batter gets so low it just quits. I have a rug in front of the couch and it can’t get over the rug and under the couch at the same time. Which is a pain in the...But if it doesn’t make it back to the charging station it just quits and than you have to pick it up and return it to its charging station and start your whole cleaning process over again.Pros:1.It’s quiet2. App is nice to run from your phone.3. Slender to get underneath the couch.4. Works well with Amazon Alexa5. Comes with a remote but I use the App.6. Programming run times through the app is easy.

😀Really nice looking product and talks really loud. It wasnt too expensive and uses a app i already use on Smart Home App, and it comes with free mopping attachment if you register the product then write this review on amazon and their website and other hoops you gotta jump through

I wasn't expecting too much from this robot cleaner as I had a different type years ago. This one is pretty amazing. It works much better than I expected it to. I've run it about 1/2 to 1 hour over the last 3 days and it really picked up a lot of dirt and hair out of my small condo and my house really isn't that dirty, or so I thought. Connecting it to my wifi was a bit tricky but once it connected I had no problems running it from my phone. There is also a remote control if you don't want to use a phone app. The manual is not super helpful but you can get the gist of what's being described. I also didn't know the robot talks which is really handy when it gets stuck which isn't too often. It also works on low rise carpeting pretty well. It doesn't really work on rag rugs as it wants to suck them up. It also tries to run over cords so make sure they're out of the way. I really like this robot as it's not heavy, does what it should and certainly is reasonably priced.

The media could not be loaded.  first off, the looks of the vacuum is great and it operates well. the suction is good but on a carpet with any sort of pile the roller brush design causes it to bump and bump bump bump all the way across, if it didnt have the rubber piece there it would be fine like the shark with its bristles.the app for it sucks, with no explanation you must re add the device , you can do this to infinity it seems and it will keep forgetting it completely every so often, not sure why. anyways, not missing out on much as sure it makes a crude map, but you cant tell it to clean a certain area of it, and the controls are not so great on it aswell.the suction is good, it sucks well on anymode.the dust container hinges and overal design is bad. the hinges are plastic and literally 1 snapped off the second time i opened it, and after the 4th time the other is hanging by a thread. also, just to empty this thing is hard, its like a recessed container which you must shake to empty and not easy to clean, lots of places for dust and crap to hide.overall the vacuum is actually good. its too bad its paired with a crappy app and such a badly designed dust receptacle. avoid.edit i was contacted by customer service, they said they would send 2 new dust compartments. but since then the robot has stopped charging by itself and the rubber on the brush roll has cracked down the center or close on each piece.edit again: i got a replacement from the company, its a newer version of the same model so the voice is better (grammar wise) and the hinge area for the dust bin has been redesigned to be stronger it seems. in the mean time i had the shark iq self empty and honestly this one sucks 8x more stuff than that shark did. i am still waiting on replacement parts from the first one, customer service from the main company is decent overall, in order to get the water attachment which is out of stock they want you to fill a review out and and then they will send... supposedly. we shall see. Back to one star. Customer support is so garbage if you have to return it for warranty they will not send proper documents for ups , just a shipping label. ups will take to their warehouse and tell you that a commercial invoice is missing and you need to give that in order to ship it ( over the border from canada to usa ) you contact the company and they are unable and unwilling to give this. odds are there that the parcel will go missing in ups care and then you are screwed and cant even return to amazon lol . good luck if you order from them. fyi i never got my dust containers ( its now jan 2021 )

The media could not be loaded.  Muy buen producto fácil de usar, limpia muy bien la aplicación es muy buena y también es compatible con Alexa. Recomiendo comprar también el accesorio para trapear o mopar.No sé porque algunas personas mencionan que batallaron para activar la app, a mí me resultó muy sensillo, solamente hay que presionar dos veces el botón del robot y posteriormente emparejarlo con la app desde el celular. Regresa a su lugar de carga sin problemas una ves que termina de limpiar.

ES BUENO.. SI DE PRECIO SE TRATA! Para mí departamento, piso laminado y azulejo, sin lugar a dudas, mucho más económico que Irobot, antes compré una brava y una roomba de irobot, 2 pz separadas, 3 veces más caras, el roomba muy ruidoso, y este Pure Clean hace 2 en 1, por la 3ra parte de su precio, aún no ha podido mapear y su app es muy sencilla, no Mapea, pero no pasa siempre por el mismo lugar como el roomba,Además del aspirado, también trapea con un accesorio adicional, no incluido de 350 ml, no he podido entender algunas funciones del control y los programas, porque no lo incluyen en el instructivo, que además es solo en ingles, buen diseño, aunque un tanto sencillo, cables y cargador muy delgados en comparación a los de irobot y roborocks,Es practico, no es tan ruidoso... y muy económico en comparación a otras marcas...Aunque nada mejor que Roborocks max... es la maravilla del mundo por su excelente mapeo y sus barreras invisiblesYo me quedo con el Roborocks porque cada peso pagado lo valeEste pureclean lo utilizaré para el patio o lugares amplios. I've never owned a robot vacuum but it's been a while I've been looking into getting a connected one with smart navigation. I was a bit scared with the bad reviews on Amazon but I was pleasantly surprised! It's a great vaccum, it was everything I expected, even better actually when you consider it has such a small price point. Definetly recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  Funciona muy bien, es fácil de usar y limpia por todos lados eficientemente, definitivamente sí la recomiendo, recoge hasta lo que uno no ve. Me ahorra tiempo pues en lo que yo estoy trabajando o haciendo la comida el robot barre fabulosamente.En cuanto tenga el accesorio adicional para trapear pondré mi opinión también.
