I'm giving it 3 stars because mine came clumpy, moisture must have got into it.Gave me a noticeable pickup and it's great starting point into stimulants for anyone starting out. For me, there are others that give you a higher level mind focus which I want, that's not to say everyone needs that, different people also respond to different things, and want it for different things.... you should expect people to review stimulants differently. Nice flavour though, very drinkable.

Best pre workout I tried.

I've taken plenty of pre-workout supplements with varying results and this one falls under the 'did absolutely nothing' category. I've only used it three times so far, so I'll continue to work my way through the tub and try increasing the amount I add to the shake, but so far I get very little 'kick' from this.It tastes fantastic, though, so at least there's that.If the potency is improved after I've changed up my routine and scoop size, I'll modify the review. Otherwise, for me at least, this wasn't worth the £35~

Expensive you can get better stuff a lot cheaper

People must’ve had a bad batch because this was the best pre workout I’ve ever had extremely strong and effective - and I’ve had a lot of pre workouts . It also mixes very well and tastes good
