Excellent Product!
It is a known fact that your computer parts will throttle themselves if they become too hot. Basically the parts will slow down to stop producing heat. That’s a good thing - you don’t want anything catching fire! But also bad - your performance slows down!m.2 slots are notorious for producing heat. But this cooling production is a perfection solution. Total installation time of 5 minutes. Basically thing about this product as a cooling sandwich. You will place a thermal pad (feels like a super squishy piece of chewing gum stick), in between your m.2 device. And on the top is the metal that absorbs the heat and helps cool off your device.Pros:- Very easy set up- Inexpensive (compared to the price of the device it is cooling)- Comes with 7 screws (you only need 6), 3 thermal pads (you only need 2), and screw driver. EVERYTHING you need- Comes in multiple colors to make sure to select the one that goes with your theme- Currently using with my NVME device and install cooled it 10 degrees and more!Cons- No instructions. I had to read reviews to figure out setup. But some reviews talked about a pink thermal pad? Not sure but all mine were blue. Even a simple diagram would be helpful

Works and looks great cant beat for the price.
I got 2 as you can see from my pictures for 2x2tb ssd. Comes with a little screwdriver so that is nice, one of the ones i ordered came with a broken tip but the other one was fine so all good. I would believe most people have #1 Philip screwdrivers already if they plan to install this themself but nice didnt have to go to my garage to find mine. Came with 3 thermal pads so had an extra incase you mess one up i guess, i like that. Have had these in my computer a while i think it came with an extra screw or 2 for when clamping this over your m.2 so that is nice as well. I only wish they had a low profile one that would fit under my graphics card.

Works awesome for PS5, just take it slow
I knew demand for these was gonna skyrocket when PS5 beta for NVME expansion was announced so I jumped the gun and got one early and sure enough, a week later, all outa stockInstall is mostly simple but the screwdriver is horrible at holding the screws, use something better with real magnetic tip.Be sure to be very gentle with the thermal pads, they are fragile and bubble easily when you pull of protective covers. It's also real likely that they will fall apart after install so be sure to get it right the first time. The heatsink fits perfectly with the NVME cover in the PS5.Quality is pretty good but the aluminum dents pretty easy and scratchesBy far one of the best and budget heatsinks for the PS5 expansion. These are gonna be sold out for months to come

Looks real pretty, but who going to see it?
It's got a real pretty blue anodized heatsink and the base is lightweight and very conductive for the heat absorption. The unit fits the memory stick perfectly, and fits into the PS5 expansion slot without any issues. Also the included little screwdriver will help with installing those tiny little screws. But, nobody will ever see it again, unless it goes bad!

Amazing! It Works! Stable 12 degree drop.
I have a motherboard that had 3 x M.2 NVME slots. I always wanted to use NVME, especially to use as my boot drive in my desktop computer. (I have a Razer Advance Laptop and it boots so much faster than my desktop). I was able to acquire 3 x 256GB NVME (2 x Toshiba and 1 x Samsung) that was pulled from laptops. So these are not top of the line NVME but were very inexpensive. I did a RAID 0 on the Toshiba (Game Install) and the Samsung was the boot drive.I used HWINFO 64 to monitor the Temp of the NVME. The Toshibas where hovering at 55-57 degrees at idle and the Samsung was about 45 degrees. Very big difference between the two brand of NVME. (I believe the Temp of the Toshiba are correct because HWINFO took readings of both NVME and temps were only 1-2 degrees different) I played my favorite game, Borderlands 3, for about an hour and checked HWINFO. The max temp Toshiba hit was 62 degrees and Samsung hit 47 degrees. Toshiba was not only hot at idle but got even hotter during game play. I Googled some NVME heat sinks and the top review heatsink where in the $30-$40 range. More than the NVME drives cost. So I did a search on Amazon and this Heatsink caught my eye because it had very good reviews and was under $10. I bought a couple to test on the Toshiba since they were the hot ones. After installing the heatsink, which was not that hard, 5 min tops to install one, I open HWINFO and I WAS AMAZED! The idle temp drop 10-12 degrees to 44-48 degrees. I played BL3 for an hour and checked and the max temp was 50 degrees.I would have stop there but I had to buy a third heatsink for the Samsung. I was expecting the temperature to drop 10-12 degrees also but it didn't. Samsung only drop about 3 degrees. I don't think it is a failure of the heatsink but the higher quality standard Samsung has over Toshiba. i.e. quality engineering and materials. However, the primary reason I bought the heatsink for the Samsung was the looks. Having the heatsink looks so much better than having a bare drive with a sticker on it. As I look at the motherboard through the glass case window, I might have put the heatsink on just for the looks, even if there was no problem with the heat.Last Notes: I left the manufactures sticker on the NVME when I put the cooling pad on. Also, I put a cooling pad on the bottom of the NVME even though there was no chips there. I am not sure if cooling would be better without the stickers but I happy with temps being under 48 degrees. Also, I wish I had a screen shot of HWINFO of the Toshibas before I put the cooler on. I didn't really expect it to drop temps that dramatically.

Seems legit
So to start, I didn't see a huge delta in temps after installing this. A few degrees, but I don't do anything crazy with my M.2. Maybe if you're constantly running it or OC, there would be a greater margin. That being said, this looks great installed. It goes with a blue theme well. My one problem with this is that you might need a M.2 mounting screw kit (like I did) in order to get this installed. The screws that came with my MOBO weren't long enough to mount this on the board. Like a previous reviewer said, this could have been fixed by giving a thinner option of thermal pad, in case you had a thicker M.2. That being said, these are readily available on Amazon, but the for-thought would have been nice.
