I keep them in the dryer for every load. You really only need to use 3 at a time - so I kept 3 and gave 3 away. They really work.

Does its job and the black ones won’t turn your clothes black. I have six in my dryer right now. Been using them on at least one or two loads a day for a few months now and they still look like new. Don’t let the dog get ahold of them! You’ll be buying more like I did lol

Our white sheep balls were leaving white fibers on our dark clothes like our leggings. These black balls did the trick.

Worth the invest to own black and white balls. I don’t understand why the vendor does give a variety back. Other than greed! The product works well but I believe they would sell more if it was a mix of white and black balls.

Not only did the order come in ahead of schedule but it is also exactly what I expected. Reusable fabric softener keeps plastic out of landfills. They work brilliantly! Make sure to notice the white or black balls- it makes a difference!

These are wonderful. I especially love using with towels & blankets. I use the black dryer balls w/ my darker clothes since there is a hint of fabric transfer on lighter colored clothing.

Purchased a similar product from another brand. Those maintained their round shape and seemed to soften my clothing better. These work and are better than no fabric softener, but are much lighter in weight, smaller in size, and don't maintain a round shape - they appear to be of lesser quality. Although the other brand was in off-white and did not shed, I decided to purchase these in black because they were highly rated, and I wanted less wear and tear on the other brand by just using these with dark loads. These are ok but not as good as the other brand. Claims of these helping with static and lessening the drying time are false (as with the other brand as well). Softening the clothing is confirmed.

Love these! Ill never go back to dryer sheets. I use essential oils on them if I desire a scent, which I apply 2 drops per ball for each large load. I recommend getting 2 sets if you're doing more than 1 load, because I like to fold my laundry and then collect the balls at the end, as they get stuck inside sleeves, rather than sifting through the basket first just to throw in your next load.

Nice to have black, as I do a lot of dark washing.

Worked great. Clothes don't seem to be full of static and dry time was reduced.
