True to size. If you are busty like me this doesn’t exactly cover the girls. However it’s super cute and perfect for a beach day.my little picked it out and she was not disappointed. The material is better then what I expected however there is some fringe hanging in different spots nothing scissors can’t fix. I’m not going to sugar coat it... delivery time sucks. I bought a size large because I have a large chest area and my boobs still kept falling out. if you have a large chest this is not for you. I could see a petite woman wearing this if you don’t care about the awful material. I didn’t even wear it I just tried to get a picture with it. The waist was huge on me. I forgot what size I ordered my daughter but I sized up for her and it was like a shirt. Awful awful awful. And don’t even get me started on the material complete garbage and a complete waste of money. Do not buy.
