This little thing is amazing I love it. Easy set up fantastically strong. Heats up fast as in overnight we used some cold water then hot water from the tap and it was at about 43 degrees. Soon settled down to a nice 42. This still heats when the jets are on most don’t so bonus. The only think I suggest you buy is matting for under it. Any outside floor mats. The clear water starter kit. And some pillows and a drinks holder for sure.

Spa itself seemed robust, easy to set up, and not too big for our patio. It inflated fine, we were able to fill with water quite quickly, and the bubble function worked fine. The problem was the heater simply did not work. Pressing the button automatically starts the air flowing, as indicated, and the temperature gauge lit up, but it went up 1 degree in 24 hours. We realised this was the outside temperature rising in fact. After 48 hours it had gone down slightly. Not only that following Amazon instructions we first tried to speak to Sales support from the manufacturers for advice. They are not interested and just say return to Amazon. So we emptied it all out, folded away, and had to return it. Bought different make to see if makes a difference. Very disappointing, but reading all reviews it seems these products either work or not, there is not much middle ground.

Saved by Amazon who sent out a replacement one of these as the heater on the first was defective. Their customer service was second to none unlike the manufacturers who are awful - still to return my phone call 2 days later.Right on to the hot tub which was a cinch to inflate fill and get going. It takes a long time to heat the pool - up to 20 hours to get to the desired temperature. This is designed to be kept on 24/7 but will require chemicals to treat the water.This is easy to use and comes with a sturdy reflective cover with tamper proof locking clips to prevent those with younger children accessing it.So far so good but I would suggest 6 adults in it is a bit tight.Finally I'd just like to thank Amazon for their customer service in sending out a replacement as quickly as they did and reimbursing my postage costs.

Amazing product easy to assemble comfortable and great size. Bubbles are a perfect strength tooCustomer service was also outstanding. So helpful. Quick to respond and helped through whole process and it turned up early - always a bonus !

The hot tub is easy to set up and get going however ours has some kind of fault, the pump is quite noisy louder than expected. Also the display on the tub reads the temp as 40 degrees but when testing with a separate thermometer the water is actually only 32 degrees and never seems to get above 36 degrees. Have actioned a refund/replacement.

Got my hot tub had it 3 weeks and the heater stopped working so go in touch after alot off email from Amazon they sent a new hit tub iv had this 8 are 9 months now 2 seems has hole in side the tub so can not pump up looks like a weakness and the tub has not had a lot off use

This is the second one I have received and the heater is not working and the water too cold! I had wrote to the seller and still.no reply after a few weeks now. Not very helpful so this will be going back too.Would not recommend this Item due very poor customer service and as mentioned above this my second one that not worked. A lot of hassle to set up to not work and get no help.

What can I say other than I love it! I’d say it really is only suitable for 2 adults ! My husband and I sat pretty comfortably in it. My daughter and I put it up literally with minutes, but filling it to max capacity took around 3 hours then probably 24 hours to get to the right temperature! Well worth the wait though 🙌🏻😀
