These are actually blue aluminum even though the picture shows black.
I was looking for spare ball studs for my Tamiya R/C kits. After locating the correct spare part number (53642) from Tamiyaβs website, I checked to see if I could order through Amazon. Even though the current picture on Amazon (Jan 30, 2019) shows these as black metal ball studs, when the product arrived it was the correct blue aluminum ball studs.Very pleased with product including the snipping & packaging.
