This showerhead looks nice out of the box. It comes with some extra accessories in the box and the box is well designed. It includes a small spool of Teflon™ tape and 3 extra silicon nozzle (more on these later).Installation is easy as long as you follow the instructions and make sure to put the black rubber washers into the extension pipe connections before you screw the showerhead onto the extension and before you screw the extension onto your shower pipe. To adjust the angle and height, you'll need to loosen up the wing-nuts on both sides of the extension pipe. Only loosen them just enough to be able to adjust the showerhead. If you loosen them too much, as others have mentioned, you'll end up removing them because there's only about 4 turns before the nut runs out of thread on the screw. It's not a big deal, but it can be a little bit frustrating to rethread.IMPORTANT: It's worth repeating: *Make sure to use the black rubber washers!" This will help with 99% of the leaking you might have, and likely accounts for the majority of the reviews that mention leaks.The majority of the negative reviews here can be explained by people not following the instructions. If you leave out the rubber washer *IT WILL LEAK*. You may or may not need the extra step of using the Teflon™ tape, but it's a simple step. Use a 2-3 inch piece of the tape and wrap it clockwise around the threads overlapping a little. Tighten the connection, but don't over-tighten it. Just tighten about a 1/4 turn more with a wrench after hand-tightening. Tightening too much could also cause leaking because too much pressure on the rubber washers could cause them to warp, in turn causing leakage. Using washers in plumbing has always been an issue -- just look at all the faucets that advertise "washerless!" and this is why.Overall, I'd give this showerhead 5-stars except for a QC issue. When I received the showerhead (New, not used), it was missing 5 nozzles. I looked inside the box, but no nozzles, so they were missing when it was packaged. I had the extras that came with the showerhead, but there were only 3. After I used the included nozzles, there were still 2 holes without nozzles (see photo).In case anyone else has the same problem, I was able to use 2 spare erasers from a Pentel® mechanical pencil and they fit very well until I could get some replacements (see photo). They blocked 2 of the holes out of around a hundred (didn't count them all -- I could've if I's wanted, but I didn't want to :D).When I contacted the seller (via their customer support email), they sent me out some replacement nozzles (about 35 total!) which was excellent with regard to customer service. The only downside was having to wait about 8 days for the shipping. Once I took out the temporary erasers and installed the new nozzles, everything was great.The pressure is good, but not too powerful. I didn't use the included pressure screen washer, but I could have if needed. There is also a spare in the included "extras".To sum up, this is a very good quality item with respect to the design and the materials used. Their QC needs some work, but their customer service makes up for it . . . almost. So far, no leaking and no rusting. Our water turns things a rusty orange color after a period of time and other showerheads without removeable nozzles could be tough to clean. With this one, simply removing the nozzles and soaking them in a water-stain remover should restore them to normal. That's one of the good things with the removeable silicon nozzles.I'll rate my experience with the main aspects here on a scale of 1-10 for those who don't want to read the whole review.Ease of installation: 8 of 10Quality Control: 4 of 10Design: 8.5 of 10Materials: 8 of 10Customer Service: 9 of 10Overall: 7.5 out of 10 which is a decent 4 out of 5 stars.Recommended.

I bought these shower heads to replace two rain shower heads that were mounted too tall for me and not adjustable. Installation could not have been easier. I removed the first old shower head from the tub shower in about 30 seconds and had the new one installed in under two minutes. The second one gave me a little more trouble only because the old shower head was practically hermetically sealed on the pipe so my husband needed a wrench to remove it. But, once it was off, installation of the new one was a breeze.We love the adjustable arms—I’m 5’3” and my husband is 6’1” so finding a shower that works for us both is a challenge—and the jets are strong. Time will tell how they hold up but even when they wear out, we can just get new ones since they were so affordable. Great shower heads!

So, I'll be straight. I wasn't really expecting this to be any good because the reviews were all over the place. Call me surprised though, this shower head is really really good. The water pressure coming out of this thing is decent, I wouldn't call it blasting but it isn't dripping out either. It's a medium spray which is perfect for me (YMMV). Installing it was fairly easy too. One thing to note though is not to overtighten any of the knobs or it'll leak. I discovered that by trial and error, if you see a leak back off a little bit and it should stop (again, YMMV). It came with everything that I needed to install it; a small wrench, some plumbers tape (which you might not need, i didn't use mine), extra parts, and some overly simple instructions. The whole unit feels fairly weighty and is polished to a nice shine. It feels like quality. All I can say is give it try. For the price I'll definitely buy another one IF this one breaks any time soon, but i doubt it will. Happy showering!

well because i just received it. very easy assembly and set up. worked perfectly on first try. hopefully it is really good and holds up! absolutely love.

Our previous shower head just didn't have the flow it once had so I had planned to replace it. My husband and both sons are 6 feet tall so our standard shower had them bending down a tad to wash their hair. Not that it was ever a big deal but I decided instead of replacing where the shower pipe came out, I'd try this.Little did I know. The previous owners of our home were not plumbers, it seems, so when they installed it they didn't really secure the pipe and over the years it had jiggled and become loose. I put on the New Moon shower head and arm easily. As other's have said you don't necessarily need the thread tape but I usually put it on anyway. The arm doesn't always want to tighten where I want it but once it's in place it holds perfectly.However, once my hubs tried to move the arm he felt the jiggle in the pipe and felt the shower head (at 3lbs) was a little heavy for that so we had to rip the back of the wall out to secure the pipe...which needed done anyway. So it did take us longer than 10 or so minutes but it was our own fault on that one.Just installing it is quick. It comes with threading tape, a filter and an extra filter as well as some extra bobbles for if one goes bad on the shower head itself. There is no flow adapter that I found. It comes with a little wrench to tighten everything up. The flow is literally like standing in a warm rain shower. We fly through our 40 gallon water tank in less than 15 minutes but we've suspected the water heater. I can't confirm that 100% it's the massive amounts of water going through the shower head. You absolutely notice that it's a foot wide.If you're looking for something to beat up sore muscles, this is not it. If you want something that feels amazing and you can stand under it without having to duck ... this is for you. For the price paid it is absolutely worth i.t

I'm very satisfied with it, it was easy to install, tools were included but I needed to use my own Straight Pipe Wrench but I don't think is a big deal.

I was skeptical because of the great price, but it is truly as advertised. Actual stainless steel, solid construction. Easy to install, everything was provided + extras. Had it installed in 5 minutes. The arm gives you a lot of options for angle, tons of room for adjustments. I installed it in a small stall shower as a direct down rainfall shower head. The pressure is AMAZING and there is a lot of water flow. Not joking when they say high pressure. Absolutely no leaks, been installed and using for 2 months. Highly recommend, worth every penny!
