Smith & Cult Nail Polish, Metallics

I super-love Smith & Cult nail polishes. I have a small collection of seven (six colors plus top coat) and all of them have outstanding performance and color.At the price point it's an indulgence, but this brand is not only luxurious, but is safer than most other brands. "8-Free Formula: No Dibutyl Phthalate, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide, & Triphenyl Phosphate." This brand comes out on top of my rotation of LVX, Butter London, Deborah Lippmann, and Zoya.This shade: Peaceful Paranoia. It's truly the most perfect nude for me! I have a warm SE Asian skin tone and this color tones in perfectly on my nails. I love the subtle shimmer in this polish. It's pretty and dressy without being blingy -- I'm not a glitter girl.On my toes, with a base coat, two coats of color, and S&C top coat, this easily lasts 6 weeks with hardly a chip. On my fingers, definitely a full week, sometimes up to two. The longevity is impressive.The application is gorgeous. It feels thicker than other brands but levels beautifully. The finish with top coat looks very professional. The brush is flat which I find easier to use than a round brush.If you haven't tried Smith & Cult, treat yourself right now! Once you do though you'll get addicted. Having a favorite bottle of Smith & Cult will bring more happiness than ten bottles of cheap polish.

I don't usually write reviews...too busy but I had to tell everyone how much I love this polish and particularly this color. It is the perfect neutral with a hint of sheen. I have 4 or 5 Smith & Cult polishes and they all deliver on longevity but THIS COLOR though, it's just the best, my most favorite EVER and I have tried them all. If you are looking for a go-to everyday color this is it! I am blonde with light medium skin but I think this color is universal and would pair well with any skin tone. Do yourself a favor, buy this polish. I promise you will love it! 2 coats but even with only 1 it's never streaky!!! Omg, color love!

So I gave this item 5 stars but it must be noted that the photo of the item being sold has pink in it. This polish in no way shape or form has any pink in it at all. It is straight silver chrome. The reason I'm still giving it 5 stars is A: it is amazing polish. It glides on like silk and self levels perfectly. B: Its my plfault that I dont like the color because that's what I get for ordering polish online lol.

$18 I thought this nail polish I thought, “wow this nail polish has to be top notch!” Luxurious as someone put it in their review? NOT!!!I fail for it and don’t you do the same. This polish is basic standard polish and certainly NOT WORTH $18! Thanks for taking my money for a horrible product!!!!

Polish is very thick and streaky. The actual color is horrible on cool toned skin. The consistency is goopy and difficult to cover in a clean manner. For the price this is very poor polish. I do not recommend.

I've purchased several colors of this polish so my review is for the brand, including this color. I am an experienced manicurist and have done my own nails for 30+ years, so I'm very familiar with a wide range of products. The consistency of this polish is a little thicker than my usual brands, but the coverage is better and it goes on smoothly and easily. I really like the brush applicator, it is wide enough to cover most of the nail in one stroke. My manicures have lasted longer than with any other product I've ever used. It has beautiful coverage, no chips, and excellent shine; even after normal household chores like washing dishes, scrubbing counters, etc. I did several manicures before writing my review and had the same results each time. My current manicure is 2 1/2 weeks old and still perfect. Full disclosure; I have thin, weak nails, but take good care of them and they are quite long. I use an excellent base/top coat (Nailtiques #2) and apply multiple coats (the more coats, the better because it adds strength). I never use polishes with hardeners, gels, or artificial nails as they weaken natural nails. Also, I bought this color and another that arrived in the same box, but this color was broken. Although they don't normally make refunds, I sent photos of the broken bottle still in the unopened plastic sleeve and they refunded me for this bottle. I'm very happy with this product. It's a great value even though it's more expensive than bargain brands, but it's worth every penny because it lasts longer and covers better so you'll use less. As a penny-pinching "valuista," I highly recommend it.

I live for this color. It was my signature nail color when I was a hostess. I love how it's a nude, but a little more than that. The pink reflect is hard to see in the bottle, but it really glows on the nails. The shift is so pretty, I am obsessed. I normally can't stand nudes, but this is easily my favorite color of all time.

This is long lasting, and works on my nails a full 10+ day before chipping. I gave it 3 stars because the brush is dfficult to use, and that first opening of the product is hard, the brush is screwed on very tight and also, other products from the lacquer/Gel available product lines work just as well. For the price I am not going to repurchase. That being said, the product is good in itself.

This nail polish is a great colour with shimmer (rose gold) on day five no chips anywhere so far. Compared to other “regular” (not gel) nail polishes that is impressive. I also purchased the matching brand top coat, that may help the cause.

The coverage is good but disappointed by the silver metallic color the name lead me to believe it was a white snowflake color - NOT metallic. That being said, this is good quality push. I have 6.

I used this colour and applied 2 coats. I let it dry and had no issues with it until I went to bed and got up the following morning with texture marks from my sheets. After allowing it to dry all day I was surprised this happened
