This is the moment that began years of action and adventure staring this foursome. I love that the artwork is classic Kirby; thick and action-oriented. The script tells a simple story that flames the imagination.

I've been trying to read the classics but the early 60s to early 70s comics just don't hold up as well as the 80s does. Way too simplistic to truly enjoy for an adult outside of the respect one should have for pioneer materials like this.
