The Complete Guide to Chihuahuas: Finding, Raising, Training, Protecting, and Loving your new Chihuahua Puppy

I had just adopted an adorable little Chihuahua and since I knew nothing about the Chihuahua breed with the exception that they are a nice little indoor dog and felt that to properly care for this little fellow that I needed to know something about the Chihuahua breed e.g. where they originated, what special needs they have, and how to properly care for and train them. I searched Amazon for such a book and came across this particular publication and decided that it might be a good choice. As I began to read the book I soon learned that this well organized informative little book was just what I needed at the present time as it in simple terms covers the basic needs for the proper care and training of the Chihuahua dog.

Very good information regarding chihuahua and what you need to be prepared for when you bring your little one home. I did think there was some repetition of points being made, like chihuahuas are protective and barkers repeated quite often throughout the book. Simple read with good information.

If you're considering getting your first Chihuahua or you already have many this book is for you! A comprehensive overview of Chihuahua care with much detail explaining their personalities. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and as a mom to three Chihuahuas at this current time I can tell you I certainly learned more. It's well-written and an easy, enjoyable read.

This book is so basic, I didn’t find it helpful. It was annoying because they kept repeating the same thing over and over. So sorry I spent the money for it.

Chihuahua information can be summed up in 3 paragraphs, rest is filler, and same thing over and over. I found better info free by online searching. Pictures were adorable.

I was hoping for more hints on training, not interested in history of the breed or the fluff and repetition of information
