Fire 7 Tablet Case | Compatible with 9th Generation (2019 release), Charcoal Black

I bought this for my mum who's 71 she's a little bit scared of technology. She finds it really easy to use this is a great device for tablet beginners as well as those who have more experience, it does everything most people would need from a tablet. I guess it could be a bit restrictive to some as it's locked into the Amazon operating system, but it does everything most of us need. The colours are really cool too and the price is unbeatable for the quality

Personally I really like the look of the case, it's sleek, and the minimalistic Amazon logo is a really nice touch. The colour I got (Twilight Blue) also compliments my Sage coloured Kindle nicely.It doesn't add much weight to the Kindle and will protect it well from basic falls and knock overs. If I did drop it accidentally, then I would feel confident that my Kindle would not get damaged. While the case doesn't add any protection to the screen while open, the Kindle itself has a slight rim around the screen that portrudes out that will hit the floor first before the screen, which should cover most drops.If you wish to listen to music through speakers, then having the case closed will cover it up which is a flaw in the design. Everything else is available to you while the case is closed though, volume buttons, power button, charge port, and headphone jack. The latter being the reason I see this as only a minor flaw, as you can quite easily plug in some earphones and listen that way, though this isn't for everyone.The case feels sturdy enough, and the Kindle clicks well into place. Taking the case out does require some slight effort though in my opinion, especially if like me you don't have well grown nails. The front cover is probably my favourite part of the case, as it wraps around very well, and seemingly sticks to the screen, eliminating any flimsiness that might've been seen from the front otherwise.Overall, it's not the perfect case, but does serve its purpose well, both in terms of presentation and protection.

Perfect size

The cover keeps the tablet secure. Only issue is with the stand needs to be held in place when using the touch screen of the tablet.

It fits the kindle to perfection. I love the color and texture. There is a folding part for standing the kindle but it doesn't work very well. However, this doesn't affect me as I don't use it like that. Good value product.

The kindle is extremely slow to do anything. You can’t remove the built in apps, which seems to make everything lag. No longer use.

This is brilliantly secure and looks fantastic, but if you aren’t going to open it again for a few hours, remember to power off fully and not just turn off the screen, because the battery will drain. If just closing for short periods between travelling or something, it’s more convenient.Also if you are sensitive to sounds, have misophonia, anxiety, or read at night while a partner is sleeping, be aware that there is no way to turn off the power on alert or reduce the volume. You can hold power + left volume button for a soft boot that will not play the alert, but it’s tough to remember to do that, and you still would have to do it every time.Overall, lovely and impressive, but minor details that can be very off-putting for some.

The cover bends when the device is standing lengthwise, in such a way as to be able to act as a stand. This hands free mode is very useful when you need your two hands for something else.If you are planning to buy the Fire 7 Tablet, you will be making a very valuable investment in your device by buying this case. You will be glad you did.

Non me la aspettavo così. E' stato amore a prima vista. La trovo elegante e funzionale. E' un po' costosa, ma vale il prezzo pagato.
