Great probiotic! Really provided help for my daughter!

Too expensive to continue using. Found alternative at lesser cost.

I've been taking these for about 2-3 weeks, and I do notice a difference. I'm highly skeptical of most skin products, because it's all marketing, and it's usually not working. I've been struggling with acne for 15 years and tried everything one can imagine and nothing works. I don't want to say that this is a magical product. My skin isn't 100% clear, but it did clear up by 70-80%. Since I've been taking it for such a short time, I don't know if it's the product or if I'm just having a good period. I won't be able to know for sure until I've been using them for a few months ++. But something definitely did change a few days after I started taking them.The only thing I don't understand with this product is the choice to add maltodextrin. It's a synthetic sweetner, and it's not healthy. I see no reason. Additionally, people with diabetes has to be careful eating it.

I'm 53 and have very mild rosacea (basically just a little pink on the apples of my cheeks).After taking them as-is for a few weeks and not noticing a difference in my rosacea (or anything else, really) I decided to boost the amount of bacteria by culturing a couple of capsules in goat milk. Makes delicious "yogurt," and I've been eating that for about 2 weeks and I think my skin is looking more youthful (smoother, more supple), although, I'm not 100% sure.If nothing else, I proved that the bacteria are alive because they culture the goat milk thickening it up and making a delightfully mildly tart snack! I'm going to keep making and eating it regularly and I'll come back and update my review if things change.

I was excited to try HUM Skin Squad Pre+Probiotic after doing a lot of research to find the right probiotic to support my skin goals. Unfortunately, my experience started off with disappointment. When I opened the bottle, I immediately noticed one of the capsules was completely empty. I decided to investigate further by pouring out the contents onto a tissue and found that one capsule had a hole, leaving it empty, while another was cracked and half-empty. There was also loose powder residue from the damaged capsules throughout the bottle.This isn't the first impression I was hoping for with a new supplement, especially as it's my first time trying a probiotic. The product looked promising based on the results I hoped to achieve, but encountering quality control issues before even taking my first dose has left me feeling hesitant. I hope HUM takes steps to ensure better quality checks, so others don’t have a similar experience.

LOVE! FIRST, Breakouts(Purging) is apart of the clear skin journey. So I was not alarmed when my skin began to Purge, I could tell the biggest difference when I STOPPED taking because I ran out. SECOND, all my vitamins smell weird, its OK PEOPLE. It’s definitely helped with but stomach aches also. & helped in the process of clearing up my skin. & I’m a real person you can look me up on IG jasentamkendall

I love HUM, but I am baffled by these probiotics. At first, they made me a bit more regular which was a good thing. After the first week, my skin began to breakout more than normal and I noticed my stools were approaching "too loose" like diarrhea. After the second week, I had more pimples on my face than the last year all combined and my stomach was constantly making loud noises. My stools were continuously loose to the point where it was basically all liquid. After realizing my skin was not improving and my stomach hurt so much with the loud stomach noises and SO MUCH bloating, I gave up. I threw these away. Not sure what the deal was after reading so many positive reviews, but my body did not like these.
