I hate the look of traditional fans so I went for this one. When first unpacked it I wasn’t impressed as up-close it looks on the cheap/plastic side but once put up on the wall it looks great, very modern looking and stylish. It’s extremely quiet too. I think it’s doing a fair amount of extraction too. I had read about the humidity sensor malfunctioning so I asked my builder to turn that function off as it was of no use to me anyway. All in all, I like it.

Easy to fit - great looking. Does exactly what it should.

I had this installed in a brand new bathroom, looks great, and is silent, unfortunately neither humidistat nor timer work, so the fan is on 24 hours a day. I have tried several time to regulate them without sucess. I contacted the seller, as I think that the unit is faulty, but they simply suggested to try and re regulate the timer and humidistat (still nothing changed). Unfortunately I will need to buy a new unit, no replacement was offered.

Update: it soon stopped working and when I contacted the seller was told I would have to have it removed and returned to them for a refund. I asked if they would cover the costs of the Electrician to remove their faulty product and of course the answer was ‘No’.This arrived sooner than I expected. I paid for express delivery and it arrived within two days.The Electrician fitted this today and I am extra pleased with it. Even the Electrician was impressed with how quiet it is. To hear it, I have to stand beneath it with my ear to the wall and even then, it's difficult to pick up much noise. I think the motor is directed to the outside of the room rather than internally and it really benefits from this.It looks fantastic in my bathroom. I couldn't be happier. It really pulls the moisture out of the room too. I can already see a marked improvement from the unit it replaced. A big thumbs up 👍🏽. In fact it's sooooo good that I'm patiently waiting for the catch.The only slight irritant is that the boxes (fan unit and interchangeable front panel/plate arrives in separate boxes, but within the same order) are not marked in English. The displays are pictorial and symbolic so are easy enough to understand.
